Here’s how you can make it⤵️ Ingredients: 1no. onion 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste 1 no. tomato 1 tbsp tomato ketchup 1 tbsp tomato purée 1/2 tbsp cashew paste 1 tbsp red chilli paste 2 nos green chillies 1/2 tbsp chilli pwd 1/2 tsp haldi pwd Salt To taste 1.5 tbsp hung curd 45 gms paneer Method ✨In a pan sauté chopped onions till lightly golden and add ginger garlic paste. ✨Add in the chopped tomatoes red chilli paste, tomato purée and tomato ketchup and cook till fragrant and follow with green chillies. ✨Add water and cover with a lid till the oil separates. ✨Add in cashew paste and cook till it comes together. ✨Cool and add to a blender along with hung curd and paneer and season accordingly. ✨Taste and adjust seasoning. ✨Serve at room temperature along with some crackers. Garnish the dip with some chopped seedless tomatoes and coriander leaves😍

Diwali Crackers Here’s how you can make it⤵️ Ingredients : 160 gm flour 30gm butter 75 gm milk 1tbsp salt 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp Black/ white sesame seeds 1 tsp oregano 1 tsp sugar Method: ✨Add butter to your flour and crumble it well. ✨Add in all the other, dry ingredients as well. ✨Add the milk and form a dough and rest it for half an hour. ✨Roll the dough between two sil mats to get a 1MM thickness. ✨Using a docker, to dock the cracker. ✨Cut the cracker in desired shape. ✨Bake it for 17 minutes at 140°C ✨Let it cool down and enjoy with your favourite dip🥰

Cafe Style Hara Bhara Kebab😋 Ingredients: Potato 2 (whole boiled) Spinach 1 bunch (blanched) Peas 1 cup Bread crumbs 1/2 cup Cornflour 2 tbsp Coriander 3 tbsp Green chillies 1tsp Kasuri methi 1 tsp Cheese 1/2 cup Ginger 1 tsp Garlic 1 tsp Red chilli powder 2 tsp Method: Blend the potato, peas and spinach together. Mix together all the other ingredients and make them into tikki as shown in the video. Heat up some oil in the pan and fry the tikki with a cashew. Serve hot with some green chutney😋 Enjoy🫶🏻

Let's make this amazing Cheesy Garlic Vol-Au-Vents A vol-au-vent is a small hollow case of puff pastry. It was formerly also called a patty case🫶🏻 The pastry is cooked, then filled with any of a variety of savory or sweet fillings. Cheesy Garlic Vol-au-vents Ingredients: 1/2 Puff pastry sheet 1 tbsp Fried garlic 1/4 tsp Garlic powder 1/4 tsp Onion powder 1/4 tsp Veg aromat powder 1 tsp Mixed herbs 1/2 tsp Chili flakes 1 tsp Parsley 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese, cut into cubes 1 cup Processed cheese Pinch of Salt Method: Take your puff pastry and cut 8 roundels of 2 inches each. Cut another 1.5 inch rounds in the centre of 4 of them to form a ring. Stick each pair together with a bit of water making sure the ring is on top. Dock the pastry with a fork and bake these in an oven for 15 mins at 170°c. Once done remove from the oven and press them lightly Add the filling to the centre of the rounds and put it back in the oven at 150°c till the cheese gratinantes (melts). Serve hot and enjoy your Cheesy Vol-au-Vents!😍 For the filling: Mix together your mozzarella cheese, processed cheese, fried garlic, mixed herbs, Chili flakes, onion powder, garlic powder, veg aromat powder, parsley and salt😋

Blueberry chocolate bark Ingredients Dark chocolate compound - 250gm Micro dried blueberries-30gm Micro dried blueberry powder - 20gm White chocolate - 10gm ( got drizzle) Assorted slivered hard nuts-10gm Cookie crumble -10gm Granola crumble - 20gm Recipe for granola crumble Corn flakes- 10gm Oats- 10gms Butter -5gm Micro dried blueberry powder -1tsp Honey-1tbsp Method for granola crumble In a bowl mix all the ingredients and bake it over a silpat at 120 degrees for 15 mins or till they turn crunchy Cool it before using Method for chocolate Melt the dark chocolate and add to a desired bark mould. Tap it well to remove any air pockets. Add the micro dried blueberries in the melted chocolate and add the granola crumble and mixed nuts. In some moulds add the cookie crumbs Chill in the fridge for 15mins and then remove the barks from the mould. Healthy Chocolate Bites🍫 recipe⤵️ Ingredients: Dark chocolate -250gm Amranth seeds- 1/4th cup Chopped pista -2 tbsp Chopped almonds -2tbsp Cranberry - 1tbsp For garnish: Pista Cranberry Method: In a thick bottom sauce pan add the amranth seeds on high flame. Pop the seeds Add it to seive and remove unpoped amranth Add it to dark chocolate along with pista , almond and cranberry. Assembly: In a mould of choice add pista and cranberry and pour the melted chocolate mix on top Set it in fridge after tapping few times to set it well Unmould after 30 mins of setting and serve it as dessert🍫
Vrat ka Chivda Recipe⤵️ Ingredients: 1cup mota sabudana 3sprigs curry leaves 1/4th cup raw peanuts 2nos raw potatoes 3nos green chillies 1.5tsp jeera seeds To taste sendha namak 4tbsp raisins 4tbsp cashew nuts 1.5tsp red chilli powder 1.5ltr oil Method: Grate potatoes as shown in the video. Heat oil on medium high and fry potatoes in batches till golden and crisp. In a strainer add the sabudana in small batches and fry till puffed and cooked all the way through and place into a bowl. Fry curry, cashew nuts, raisins and peanuts in separate batches place them along with the sabudana. Fry curry leaves, jeera seeds and chopped chillies together and add them to the sabudana. Add red chilli powder, sendha namak and the fried potato strips into the bowl and mix well. Serve at room temperature. Store in an airlock container 🫙

In a bowl mix the flour, baking Pd & corn starch. Keep aside. 2. Melt the butter & add both the sugars. 3. Add the yoghurt & vanilla to the butter mixture. 4. Add the flour mixture. 5. Pour it a ring mould and double line it with a commercial-grade foil. 6. Bake at 170 degrees for 25 mins. Chef's Tip You can substitute the M n M with white chocolate for a variation.

A Navratri special Sabudana chilla recipe! 100 With its crispy edges and soft center, this recipe will leave you craving for more! Don't wait, try it out now! healthy and tasty Ingredients: 1 cup sabudana, soaked 1 cup water 1 potato, boiled & mashed 1 tsp cumin jeera 1 green chilli, chopped Dapyyhebest 1 inch ginger 1 tbsp curry leaves, chopped 1 tbs kuttu atta / buckwheat flour 1 tbs sama rice, powdered 1/4th cup coriander, chopped 1/2 tsp pepper Sendha namak to taste Oil for roasting Green chutney, to serve Method: Soak sabudana for 2-3 hours, drain. In a blender add your soaked sabudana, ginger, curry leaves, green chilies, potato, cumin and water. Blend until it's a pourable consistency, not too thin. Remove into a bowl. Add in your ground sama powder, buckwheat flour, chopped coriander, pepper and sendha namak. Mix together with a little more water until a pancake batter like consistency has been achieved. (As shown above) Heat a pan, add oil and add a ladle or 2 of your mixture to the centre and spread it with the bottom of the ladle. Once it is golden brown on one side flip to cook the other. Once done remove. Serve hot and enjoy with a side of green chutney!🫶🏻
Here’s how you can make this delicious treat: **Ingredients:** - 5-6 tbsp ghee - 1/2 cup jaggery - 1 cup makhana powder - 4-5 tbsp milk powder - Milk 1/2 cup (according to you) - Chopped pistachios (as desired) - Chopped almonds (as desired) **Method:** 1. In a pan, heat the ghee and add jaggery powder. Stir until the jaggery melts. 2. Add the makhana powder and mix well. If needed, add a little more ghee for better consistency. 3. Gradually add milk, adjusting the quantity based on your desired thickness, and cook on medium to low heat. 4. Stir in the chopped pistachios and almonds, and continue cooking, mixing everything well. 5. Once it thickens, your dish is ready to enjoy-absolutely delicious!
Paneer Chilli Sliders Recipe Ingredients: For Paneer Chilli: - 100g paneer (cut into small cubes) - 1/4th each of red, yellow, and green bell peppers (cut into small pieces) - 3 green chillies (slit) - 1/2 inch ginger (finely chopped) - 6 cloves garlic (finely chopped) - 1 tbsp vegetable oyster sauce - 1.5 tsp light soy sauce - 1 tsp corn flour - 2 tbsp water - 2 tbsp oil - 2 spring onions (separated whites and greens) - Salt (to taste) - Veg aromat seasoning (to taste) For Assembly: - 4 pav (bread rolls) - 1 cup grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella) - Chilli oil (for topping) - 2 tbsp Peri Peri Mayo or Schezwan Mayo (or any flavored mayo of your choice) Method: 1. Prepare Chilli Paneer Mixture: - Heat oil in a pan, and sauté the paneer cubes until golden brown. Remove and set aside. - In the same pan, sauté the spring onion whites, ginger, and garlic until fragrant. - Add the bell peppers and slit chillies to the pan, stir-fry until slightly softened. - Toss in the sautéed paneer, then pour in the vegetable oyster sauce and soy sauce. - Season with salt, pepper, and veg aromat powder. Add a dash of water if needed to keep the mixture moist. - Mix corn flour with 2 tbsp of water to make a slurry, then add it to the mixture. Stir well to coat everything evenly. - Finish by adding the chopped spring onion greens. 2. Assemble the Paneer Chilli Pav: - Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). - Take a pav (bread roll) and spread a layer of Peri Peri Mayo or Schezwan Mayo on the inside. - Place a generous spoonful of the paneer chilli mixture in the middle of the pav. - Add a generous amount of grated cheese and some chopped spring onion. - Place another pav on top to create a sandwich. - Top the sandwich with a dollop of chilli oil. 3. Bake: - Bake the assembled pav in the oven for 5-7 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the top is slightly crisp. Serve your Paneer Chilli Pav with extra mayo and a side of chilli oil for an added burst of flavor!
Masala buns Ер.3 Ingredients: Flour-225gms Yeast 15gms Salt-1tsp Butter 10gms Sugar-10gms Water 125ml For masala Corriander - 1tbsp chopped Chilli- 2no. Garlic Turmeric Jeera powder Dhania powder Pepper Red chilli powder Flavoured butter for brushing on top Baking Time- 10 min Baking Temperature-200 deg Method: Disperse yeast & sugar in 2 tsp water and leave it aside. In a bowl, mix the flour, Make a well in the flour mixture. Add the yeast in the centre. Add water to make soft dough. Cream the butter & salt & knead it into the dough. Cover with a muslin cloth and keep in a warm place to double. After 15-18 minutes knock down the dough and divide in to 40gm portions. Shape each into dinner rolls and cut a cross on top. Again, cover to double. Place it in a grease tray. Brush with milk wash and bake in a pre-heated oven. Brush with flavoured butter after they come out of the oven
