I'm not religious but I have never seen a job market like this ever. It is cutthroat. You absolutely must create an emergency savings for yourself 3-6 months income for situations like this. This market is full of ghost jobs, scams, false interviews. You will experience it all soon enough.

This is not God. That is the devil. Pray for career stability instead. You can be used by God in corporate world. Imagine, you can get promoted to high positions and use your income and/or position to improve the lives of others.

Hey. Maybe I missed it. Why did you quit with no plan, nor savings? We can work and give God our time when we get home. The time we spend watching tv/social media can go to a daily devotion and prayer. Christians have to be cautious of depending on God to provide our basic needs. Scripture makes it clear that working is a good example to be followed. This isn't to insult anyone but to encourage people to work diligently and to use the gifts God gave you. 2 Thessalonians 3: 9-12 (KJV) 9 Not because we have not power, but to make ourselves an ensample unto you to follow us. 10 For even when we were with you, this we commanded you, that if any would not work, neither should he eat. 11 For we hear that there are some which walk among you disorderly, working not at all, but are busybodies. 12 Now them that are such we command and exhort by our Lord Jesus Christ, that with quietness they work, and eat their own bread.

Hey Jas! I walked away from my two jobs a week ago to take full care of my mom with dementia. I had been praying for over a year, asking God to allow me the opportunity to get her out of the nursing home and away from constant neglect. That time has come and knowing that this is work I’ve been called to do by God. I’m so grateful. Most importantly I want to be obedient.

I was homeless three times in one year. I really appreciate you doing that for them. There's nothing like being able to sit down somewhere when you're homeless, especially when you're getting a nice hot meal. When you can eat a meal, take a hot shower, and sleep in a warm bed, it does your heart and soul so much good.

I never got into decorating for the different holidays, either. I love to make my house clean and cozy, but I'm not a holiday decorator. The decor is really pretty, though. I think I never got into it because I didn't have extra money for those things too often in my life.
