Thank you for this. My right implant crease is about half a fingers width lower than the left and I thought my surgeon screwed up because he had to lower the creases. It was bothering me especially since the scars are in the same place so the one looks higher on the lower side …if that makes any sense. It’s good to know this is normal. I do regret not taking before pictures but I was honestly so self conscious about my aaa post surgery breasts that I really didn’t even like looking at them. Hard saying that out loud but it’s just the truth and why we have plastic surgery I guess lol

What a crock of 💩. People are absolutely able to come back from a c section with proper exercise and nutrition. I had a c section 2 weeks ago and I will overcome it without plastic surgery

Actually he is right ur stomach muscles are cut into u can lose the top and middle but that lil bottom will hang a little or alot. I tried evetthing that bottom will just not go away unless surgery which im not doing

That's not true. With proper exercise and diet it can definitely happen! Also tieing a belt post delivery is very important. It made a lot of difference to me.

I was instructed to massage my scar soon after the stitches came out. It was a surgery for a ruptured quadriceps tendon which leaves a scar very similar to a total knee replacement. I must admit the first time I touched the scar it was a weird sensation, an unfamiliar roughness and variable sensation from the necessary nerve damage of having an incision 7 inches long from above to below the knee cap. In a few days that passes and it is just one more step on the road to recovery. I was told to do it a couple of times a day for a minute or so each time and I did it for 5 months. I have a tidy flat scar now a year and a half later. I can still see tiny dots where some stitches were but they cannot be seen from a foot or two away. My massage was just a gentle manipulation of the tissue along the scar, nothing painful, mostly a diagonal working of the wound.
