The children's room is very nice.Everything is there.On the lake it is perfect

It's beautiful but kitchen is tiny
Positively charming. If this was available in the USA, and it included more storage, full refrigerator, more storage including closet space, plus stackable washer and dryer, this unit would sell like hotcakes. I am considering purchasing one or two homes similar to this on our extensive property as rentals for todays income and possibly downsizing tomorrow. This is one of the smarter small homes ever I’ve seen, but for other markets including the USA, this will require bit more freshening to a World market.

Flip the location of sink & induction range. Put a window over the sink. Walk-in shower needs handicap rails, ADA wider doorways would be good.
As a wheelchair guy myself, I noticed the modifications that would be easy to make yet create a fully wheelchair accessible home.

All very nice & modern,but next to no room for storage/draws to put clothes etc in bedrooms. Ok for a couple,but definitely not for a family of 4 or 5 & all luggage + paraphernalia they need ! Storage is key!
Absolutely correct! Who on earth would buy it with practically non existent clothes storage facilities.
Nice place, if I bought it the first thing I would do is buy a full sized refrigerator.
