l scored a great deal on a CF 90CV Mini Crooked River from BC for only $289 two years ago. I would like the full size Crooked River but, dam they have gotten expensive!! Oh sad news. The titanium liner on the g10 side is .05", which is also the same thickness as the titanium at the lockbar relief cut out. The overall handle thickness is .585". The handle screws are 5/64 hex, but a good quality t8 works perfectly. Edit: mine has been sharpened at least a dozen times and its .025" bte at 17dps from the heel to the belly, the exact same as my TRM Atom... Dropping in water? LOL. All my seized Opinels (albeit carbon jobs) from youth were due to moisture ingress. I beeswax and oil all my Opinels: anything wood friendly wood do, They are cheap because they are unfinished/uncomplicated but you do need to acknowledge this when buying one. It will swell and even rust if carbon very easily.

I like the canis design better than the yojimbo.

I was surprised how many people liked the Canis for regular EDC and not just for tactical reasons. Take care sir.

Found this video because i just bought the copper flytanium scales. Saw your newer videos with the old scales back on, why exactly did you take them off?

For me it just made them a bit too heavy and the balance felt funny. Might have been different if I had them on from day one.
