We've been there a dozen times... they never had patrols to weed out the creeps... there were creeps all over the place.... In every direction, there would be a creepy guy standing at some solo girl's feet... just directly staring at her while fondling himself. We saw this activity every time we were there.... if enough people (shouldn't ONE be enough? apparently not) complained to a lifeguard...the lifeguard would tell the creep to stop and to move somewhere else... yeah, he'd find a new victim. And when I say we tried going there several times, that was over a decade... Like many other people, we quit going there because of the creeps.

AVOID AVOID AVOID... Lennar is a JOKE.. They treat buyers and their agents like absolute trash. They throw homes together with the absolute cheapest labor and materials possible. I was working with my realtor for months and decided to start looking at new builds. My agent booked a meeting with Lenar. We all saw the home together and loved the model. Once we went to go put an offer in my agent had to leave because he had a new baby at home. Come to find out after we submitted our deposit money our agent called te office and the sales rep said I don't know what you are talking about and essentially cut our agent out of the deal, plus at this point there was nothing we could do to get our money back. At that point we were already fed up but didn't want to completely forfeit our deposit since it was contractually binding. Our agent was of course very upset and disappointed since they helped us for months and coached us on the homebuying process. They offered to help us as much as they were able to within the confines of the law, but ultimately didn't get paid. The Lennar sales rep also made it seem like they were representing us which is not true because they work for the builder who employes them. We've been in our house for a year and things are already falling apart and the warranty promises they gave us often go unanswered after many weeks, emails, phone calls. I really regret buying a home from LENNAR and should have listened to our real estate agent who warned us about them as well.... BUYER BEWARE

City and county inspections in south Florida are a joke. I was once failed because I put the inspection tag on the actual work and he couldn’t be bothered to walk around the back of the house to inspect the job. He wanted the tag on the front door so he could drive up and sign off without doing an f-in thing. What we need is to do is throw inspectors who don’t inspect in jail occasionally like they do in South Korea

Saint Petersburg has the best nightlife in all of Florida and its wild nobody knows it. Spent time at Miami night life, but st pete's overall balance is just better than Miami. St. Pete very underrated, Miami overrated.
