@@neilbezuidenhout9284 No, but ask any Maserati owner about the reliability. They wont really say any good things about it. They're nice cars but Maserati is getting kinda irrelevant. They've always been Ferraris little brother, they don't have iconic heritage like Ferrari does, so people dont really pay attention to Maserati. The MC12 and MC20 are awesome cars but they get overshadowed by Ferraris.

@@ry_hellcat1562 I get you, there are alot of shitty unreliable maserati, just like merc, bmw etc however the gran turismo is generally one of the good ones as far as reliabity.

@@neilbezuidenhout9284 BMW and Mercedes being unreliable is only partly true. Every manufacturer has at least one unreliable car, but most Maseratis are unreliable, only a few exceptions.

There's just something that cannot be explained about this engine sound that makes it the most raw and emotional symphony to ever leave a pair of exhaust tips.

To be honest tho, maserati owners don't maintain the car fairly well, i mean, the old "cambio corsa" transmission from 2005 is and will always be total rubbish, but apart from that, maseratis are quite reliable... the engine is from ferrari, and is stepped down in power, so producing less horses than what can do, makes the engine last a lot. For example the supra, the 2jz whitout opening nothing, just some ecu tune, and exhaust, and a bit for bigger injectors, and makes almost 500 hp, that is why the original block is immortal... . From 2008 they use the single clutch transmission from zf, wich did tranmsission for jaguars and land rovers, and ford. And jag trans also can handle a bit more power than the engine put puts put. For the de valuation there is nothing we can do, but seeing next maseratis will never sound so gorgeous

(Continuing here) i bet prices of quattroporte, gran cabrio, gran turismos, and all v8 maseratis ferrari derived will sky rocket the price, expecially the gran turismo, in fact im thinking of buying one, pretty sure one day they will get back the value

It can last longer if you maintain it well

@@robloxcreator437 maybe now not an original quatroporte. Automatic clutch burns out every 5,000 miles on regular driving. Trust me I know.

A member of my family owned one brand new. He was so excstatic to buy it, it was such a let down. He took the dealer to court and won.

@@bitterman213 we own a 2019 quattoporte, no clutch replacement needed. if he bought a under 2012 Maserati then I understand. Back then they had issues. They are now far more reliable however then before.

@@bitterman213 I did 30k miles in my ‘06 duo select and it still had plenty of clutch left when I sold it.

Great cars. Relatively cheap now because of Maserati's reputation, even though they're relatively easy to work on and reliable for an exotic.

@@badlydrawncars6460 Maseratis are everything but reliable. Maseratis are absolutely trash when it comes to maintenance.
