There needs to be better stores, an Infusion of High End Designer Brands and less of thee average typical designer brands that frequent the typical mall. St.John TC has lost so many good stores and their replacements haven't been as good as the ones that left. Lacoste, Solstice, Cole Haan are A few that come to mind. Dillards is an Outdated Department Store and if it's one of your Anchors that in itself speaks volumes. SJTC has the potential to be Very G00D, but an addition of Today's fashion needs to be incorporated. Cater to A more modern consumer should go further and broaden your spectrum on who your shoppers are. There's been A migration of Younger people from all over the country into Florida, Florida isn't only A retiree place and the shopping experience should reflect that. Nordstrom is A good addition, even though their items are very limited, add another cutting edge Department Store
