I do my framing with 45 degrees looks great

amazing job.... ive made many and tried spray painting stars... no matter what ive done i always get blurry smeared stars.. so i just stopped and use stars i bought ..lol

What did you charge the customer for that flag?

I like what you're doing man. But for goodness sake I've seen too many eye injuries in my time as a sawyer not to say wear some glasses, please.

I use acrylic paint because it’s easy to find anywhere and dirt cheap. I wipe it on with a rag and it looks amazing.

Very sharp flag! Can I ask how you get the lines on your stars so crisp with the stencil? I didn’t see any fuzzy lines.

I do my union start to finish on its own. Stain and paint the stars before putting it Into the flag.

Now I know what I'm going to do with all those 1 1/4" x 8' x 10ft. recycled boards I have rescued from the junk pile I found. I believe I have enough from this find for at the least 100 of them to design with. good job sir !!

Did you use flag calculator? If not, is it important or not ? Please and thank you for any answer that you can give me . I’m not sure if it’s a must or not to use a flag calculator. I do t want to disrespect anyone or our flag if it’s a must. Btw great job !!!!😊

I've made a bunch. I buy stars from Amazon now and glue them on with clear gorilla glue. Much faster than dremel
