Change your diet change your life
Добавлен 5 дек 2017
Nutrition has kicked cancers ass!! The war isnt over but this battle has been won!
Just before Christmas I got a CT Scan to see how I have been progressing with the medication and to their astonishment they could not find anything on the scan. I don't want this video to come across as preaching but now that I have the evidence that NUTRITION along with medication may very well be the answer we have been looking for! I have so much faith that all problems that come our way including how we look, our level of fitness, depression, anxiety, and the endless list of serious diseases we are facing can all be helped by changing our diet!!

FIRST CT SCAN SINCE MY CANCER RETURNED- WAITING FOR THE RESULTS
Просмотров 1,2 тыс.7 лет назад
It feels like a completely different experience this time waiting for the dreaded results. The past three times have always felt like time itself had stopped or that the clock had gone into slow motion! The ideas and thoughts running through your mind can be so scary but I cant see how this time cant be anything but positive. With nutrition, gentle exercise and getting your mind in the right pl...
2nd Round on Capecitabine/Xeloda- The power of the mind
Просмотров 12 тыс.7 лет назад
So my second round of capecitabine was a little up and down but more up than down! I learnt this week how powerful the mind can be and when you let those little gremlins take charge it can really effect the way your body feels. I was down due to the realisation that my life is meant to be focused around taking these 6 tablets every day for 2 weeks on and one week off cycle but I just don't acce...

Top 5 Foods we all should be eating!

Prevention is better than trying to find a cure! I know we are all still young and on the most part healthy (maybe not so much the livers lol) so it feels like it won't ever happen to you but what a wake up call when it does and you feel so stupid that you didn't take more care of yourself. I want to help as many people as I can so this video is really not about what you have to cut out of your...
Life on Capecitabine
Просмотров 13 тыс.7 лет назад
My very first video reaching out to those who are fighting the fight with me. I want to reach out to those who don't see Cancer as a death sentance but instead a MASSIVE wake up call. Our bodies are amazing and can do things that doctors or scientists can't explain! Let's start to see how cancer can change our lives in a positive way- Live for now, eat what the body needs and eventually wants- ...
😀
To all fighting cancer, keep strong and do what's right for your body. We are what we eat. Really!! Eat intentionally and not all the time. I believe in the power of food and positive thoughts. I have no doubt I will be fine.
I have stage 4 TNBC. Radiation and on my 3rd round of Capecitabine. I don't have any side effects and I take 1,800mg twice a day. I don't eat carbs, sugars, processed food etc I take a curcumin supplement, omega 3, 2 tea spoons a day of black seed oil and I rub my feet regularly with castor oil followed by nivea (blue box). During the break week I do only 1 meal a day and try to have 1 day fasting. I drink graviola and laurier tea every day. It's working so far. Also I use chia seeds in plain yoghurt before I take my pills in the morning. This helps with intestinal issues. I eat cucumbers every day too and I use coconut oil and ghee quite regularly.
Thank you for this info, so helpful❤ I took my fist dose this evening and I will be following some of your great tips..ty again
@@cynthiajohnson1914 you'll be fine. I'm on my 6th round but they had to lower the dosage to 75% bc my liver enzymes were way too high. Now all stable. 2 rounds to go. Keep positive thoughts & eat right. You will be fine.
Hello I also had triple negative breast cancer and have started capecitabine. How are you doing now?
Thank you! I just started this for 6 mths . Ive also already had IV chemo as well and surgery and radiation. I have triple negative reast cancer. I have many diwn days as well and i really hope to be done with this after 6 mths but i know this is life changing and i need to get used to a new life which im ok with as long as i have l one. How are you doing now?
Are you doing good, I just started my cancer treatment and looking around for information.
How are you doing?
Is she still ok.
How are you doing today in 2022?
I’m on Cape too. Anticipated for 6 to 8 cycles. I was feeling down too, but my GP calls it my “insurance policy” and that has really helped me,
YOU ARE AMAZINGLY STRONG!!!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS VIDEO AND POSITIVE AFFIRMATION 💗
I started it 3 weeks ago, after the first two weeks I develped a rash on my neck, chest, face, arms and hands. Very itchy and burns, I was told to stop taking it until it clears up. So far no signs of it clearing up.
My hands and feet make me feel like a stigmata. Scales, bleeding from deep cracks, purple swollen toes. Ugh.
I’m also on capecitabine and have horrible hand and foot syndrome, so much so my feet are bleeding.
How long is your treatment for? Thank you for sharing
Thank you so much for your candor about your cancer and this medication. I am starting my first dose of Xeloda tomorrow for State II Colon Cancer. I had a HemiColectomy in June and have to take the chemo because the tumor was large (T4) and against the vasculature of the liver. I am trying hard to think of this as the medicine I need to kick this cancer out of my body. I have been practicing meditation for the past several months. I ask God to bless this medicine to heal my body and allow me to continue living a long time yet. You are an inspiration! I pray you continue to do well.
I would love to chat to you now to see where your at? How did it go? I’m on capecitabine and have had a rough time with it, but I’m getting on and living my best life! You can find me at Jeannie beanies uk or www.jeanniebeanie.com it would be great to have a zoom call or even private message me x hope this message finds you well x kindest regards Jeannie x
Are you still posting?
I am taking it now, feel tingles all over.
Starting monday for advanced colon cancer. Thanks
How's your experience been with it? Im starting tomorrow myself..
What is your progress ? How Ru?
Well done, dear! Thank you for sharing. Will go through this in the next weeks. Went vegan and sugarfree, too to avoid cancer in the future and let my body heal. I wish you a lot of power and a safe journey.
Thank you so much for this video. I’m starting xeloda this morning. And I needed some perspective and this helped because of I’m scared of the side effect. But like you said mindset. I will look at the pills as a blessing and Gods way to send direct helpers to rid my healthy body of the cancer. Thank you. Any other tips would be great!
OMG,
Hope she is ok 🙏🙏
zee k I’m sorry I stopped the videos I’m not good with social media and videos but I am very well I’ve been cancer free for 18 months and been off of chemotherapy for the sam amount of time- I get regular check ups and stick to looking after my body the best way I can without stressing about it- I have my anxieties but overall I’m managing- I hope the power of plants helps you too
@@changeyourdietchangeyourli9749 I am glad to hear that dear . I have two brothers with cancer right now and they are both young . It's very hard on all of us . I liked your videos as far as the diet plan that you are on . I don't feed that stuff to my brothers too. Take care and thank you for replying to me . God bless 🙏🙏
@@changeyourdietchangeyourli9749 : Hello Madam ,please make a new video on how you are doing now in 2024
I totally agree with what you are saying dear . Food is the problem that's what causing the cancers ☹️☹️☹️
Its been two years since ur last upload, i wanna know ur news, r u okay, did u recover from cancer , cant wait ur answer
Kay, thank you for sharing your experience, strength and hope with other cancer survivors. I have triple negative breast cancer and have had over the past year neoadjuvant chemo (26 infusions), a quadrantectomy, 30 radiation treatments and now additional chemo - capecitabine, part of a clinical trial. I would love to connect up with you. Please keep posting!
Yes yes and yes totally agree 👍👍👍
Hello, it's been a year since your last upload. How's the recovery going? My mum's about to start capecitabine so she's feeling quite anxious
Me too started a month ago!
Updates?
God bless you honey. I have to be on chemotherapy like you said "forever". I had my first round today of Carbo/Taxol...I was one of the lucky ones who had a bad allergic reaction to it, boy was that scary!! You are in my thoughts, please keep in touch
I understand what you're going through... I'm on my 3rd bottle of capecitabine 500mg 8 tablet a day .. 4 tab in the morning at 9am & 4tab at 9pm at night. I have both ,"breast cancer" that turn into" oral" still trying to deal with both of them.😘😉😰😛
Please turn in to Dr. Ken Berry and Dr. Eric Berg. They are Keto coaches. I am pretty much as well, but not a doctor. Don't eat brown rice. LOL. Carrots have a lot of sugar, eat no fruit. A few berries are all. Eat lots of eggs, avocados, bacon, and eggs.
She is vegan 😁 not doing keto
Are you taking Zofran and Compazine???
Oh, you break my heart. I'm 62 and got colon cancer in January of this year. I'd like to talk to you a little bit about my thoughts and see if you've heard of this diet program or not. I have to make myself go to the grocery store in a little bit and it's already late in the afternoon. The diet I'm talking about is the Ketogenic diet and I had studied it for 2 1/2 years before cancer got me. I was pissed. Anyway, I'd love to chat with you at another time. I'm Vickie.
Hi, what supplements you are taking alongside?
Are you still taking capecitabine?
My mom colon cancer stage 3 ... capox treatment advise by doctor . 1 round completed. But side effects..😞
My mom recently also has colon cancer
my dad also taking this medicine for colorectal cancer
how is ur father now
sorry mom
Hi from America. You lessened my worries about being on chemo pills for life and gave me a more positive outlook on the future. How are you doing these days?
This is such a great and connecting account, what a great privilege to hear your experience and the lessons and philosophy you have found.
Thank you for this infos because I'm going to start this meditation soon!
Thank you so much. I start on Capecitabine next week. Looking forward to watching your videos.
Thank you ..thank you
Are you still taking xeloda? Did you finish treatment9 or stop in the process? Thank you.
Kp Dad I kept taking xeloda until there was no evidence of the tumour it took just under a year and I’ve just been monitored ever since- I truly think the chemo mixed with a good healthy toxic free diet is the key xx good luck with everything
@@changeyourdietchangeyourli9749 :Hello Madam you are inspiration for many people so pls make a new video and let us know how you feeling now?
Hello lovely I am just about to start Cape and am worried about the side effects specifically the hair thinning and I wondered how you have got on with it? I am only 25 so am really scared xx
Flissy Dickson I haven’t done a follow up video for quite some time but when I do you’ll see you have nothing to worry about when it comes to your hair 😊 I didn’t have any problems with thinning if anything it made it slightly less oily so didn’t have to wash it as often x don’t be scared keep a positive mind and keep active 💚
@@changeyourdietchangeyourli9749 Thank you so so much for your reply. Your video has inspired me and I have done one myself because I feel that younger people don't have as much help when it comes to stuff like this because of our age, doctors think we cannot get cancer so thank you for giving me the courage to do my own videos and I am so pleased to hear that you are getting on okay with your treatment. I just didn't want to lose my hair again but you have given me hope. How are you getting on with your hands and feet? That's another thing I am a bit scared about xx
Hi ! I was diagnosed with IDC on October 5 , did chemo and 32 rounds of Rads ... I know have to start capecitabine and I’m terrified! Thank you for sharing!
God bless you and your family. I have it too and have to stay on that med indefinately as well as far as I know. I will keep you in my prayers. You are a strong person, God speed.
You are an inspiration! Im staring this med today and your video has helped my perspective. Still a little scared but I know I'll get through it. Thank You!
Amy A are you doing radiation treatment as well?
Blanca Orozco No I am not. I had BC in 2016 and did radiation then but not chemo at the time. I was doing hormone treatments but they didnt work and the tumors grew. Now Im trying this med today. These positive videos are so helpful for preparation and attitude.
Thank you for having the courage to make these videos. Please don't stop. You are very encouraging to those of us that are going thru the same fight. MD wants me to go 3 months on xeloda, but it has been giving me urinary tract pain during week 2 & 3. Today, on my week off the drug, the pain came back severely & went into my kidneys so I had to start antibiotics. I will not be going back on xeloda after this week. Antibiotics plus chemo will destroy what's left of my mmune system. I can usually take care of a uti with herbals & teas, but this time due to the xeloda, I couldn't kick it. I didn't even start with the full dose. After doing research on the side effects, i decided to start with half the dose to see how I did. 500mg twice a day resulted in nausea, diarrhea, burning fingers, urinary pain & then infection! I have been doing the alternative route combined with conventional much to the dismay of the conventional MDs. I only did 6 doses of low dose insulin potentiated chemo before surgery along with mistletoe & salrcinium IVs, high dose vitamin c & others. My cancer markers have been within normal limits both before & after surgery, but still they want to pump me with chemo. I refused IV chemo & radiation & opted for the xeloda... Now I am just going to do the herbal supplements that showed effective from the RGCC test & diet. I have done both strict vegan & ketogenic & now not doing anything cause I'm just happy to be alive so I am eating! I will start juicing again, but don't think I'll do strict anything. On the ketogenic only green juice was allowed without an apple. No fruit because of the sugar. I'm not convinced that this is the way to go cause when I was juicing my body charged for the better - more energy, lost weight & decreased inflammation. There are pros and cons to alternative & conventional regimins for cancer. I've seen very bad in both so I am doing what makes sense & is logical to me. With an RN background you'd think I'd have been able to navigate my way thru this with less chaos & stress, but I was totally unaware that a cancer diagnosis changes a human being into a hot commodity and both sides want a piece of the pie!! You are right to question the need for life time chemo. You are on the right path with boosting your immune system & changing your diet. Will this keep the cancer at bay? Only God knows the answer to that & the answer to why He allowed this to come into your life. I think you are awesomely positive & can help so many people facing the same situation. You have already helped me after a very discouraging & depressing day. Please research the RGCC (chemo sensitivity) test & please make more videos. We need you!!
I also think like you. Thank you for sharing! My Dr wants me to do Xeloda for six months as a preventative treatment. I am refusing to do so.
Thank you...
