this process is named as a banking... when a loco motive wag-7 are not capability to pull the train in up side of the root... then external banking power will be attached and help to moving the train but double wag-9 loco motive doe's not required any banking power
Here Wap7 is helping wdg4 to pull train by pusing from back ....see description box man
