    Finally a compilation of the different strands of the author’s thinking and personal journey. Nice to put a face to the message, too. Martin provides a panoramic, synoptic survey of literally all the existential conundrums humanity faces. He then proceeds to demonstrate convincingly that science and spirituality are merely two languages which attempt to describe and tackle the same enigma: reality. By exploring and exposing these commonalities, Martin succeeds in what had eluded many before him: coming up with an intellectual template which is palatable both to scientists and to people of faith. A Herculean endeavor and an unflinching confessional biography, reading this book is a transformative experience.

      @@deedee7733 Thank God! This is exactly the kind of unrealistic criterion that many young women in today’s world are chasing, heavily influenced by social media and a superficial, almost narcissistic narrative. The sad reality is that, while it’s not all women, a significant minority in the West genuinely believe in this delusional mindset and think this is what truly matters in a relationship. I wanted to debunk this myth and show how misguided it is-and how it ultimately doesn’t lead to true happiness. I didn’t say all women, I said many. I hope that you see that it’s not a judgement of all women. If you look the video till the end, you will see my point.

    Amazing Video. Even when not looking at it from the religious perspective, like Simulation Theory (which is way more likely than a naturalistic quantum fluctuation universe or multiverse), it still holds. Its a fleeting dream.

      @Armand_Martin 5 дней назад

      Thank you for such an insightful comment! It’s fascinating how concepts like Simulation Theory align with this perspective, even without invoking a religious framework. The idea of reality being a fleeting dream transcends belief systems and touches something deeply universal. It’s incredible how science, philosophy, and spirituality seem to converge when we question the nature of existence. Thanks for sharing your perspective!

    I haven’t seen a lot of physicists talking about CFT, what kind of legitimacy does it have? I know Vaknin has been talking about it for a while with some other contributors, but it isn’t really in the mainstream.

    • @Armand_Martin
      @Armand_Martin 5 дней назад

      You’re absolutely right: Chronon Field Theory (CFT) isn’t yet part of the mainstream physics discourse, but that’s precisely what makes it exciting. The Chronon Field Theory isn’t about competing with existing frameworks; it’s about offering a complementary perspective that integrates the fundamental role of time as a unifying field. While it might not have widespread acceptance yet, its basis in observable phenomena like time dilation, wave function superposition, and quantum entanglement gives it strong theoretical footing. In my book, I go deep into why time isn’t just a backdrop to events but the primary force shaping reality itself. This perspective resonates with groundbreaking ideas in physics and metaphysics, blending empirical findings with philosophical insights. It’s not a departure from physics, it’s an extension of it, an attempt to bridge the gap between what we observe and what might lie beneath. What I find particularly fascinating is how CFT connects scientific inquiry with the philosophical questions about meaning and purpose. I’d love to hear your thoughts after exploring the book! There’s a lot there that I think will challenge and intrigue you. 😊

      Ah, the classic knee-jerk reaction to the word ‘quantum.’ If you actually took the time to watch the video, you’d realize this isn’t some trendy pseudoscience. The idea that reality might be an illusion has been explored by great minds like Plato, Descartes, and Kant long before quantum physics came into play. I also provide concrete scientific sources to back it up. Dismissing ideas without engaging with them? Now that is Philosophy 101...

    The population explosion is a self-serving myth. We are actually short of 300 million children needed to sustain healthcare and retirement schemes for a rapidly aging population. One issue that everyone is ignoring is the intergenerational multiplier effect: fewer children have even fewer children which have even fewer children. It is like demonetizing an economy by downsizing the money supply and reducing the velocity of money. The result: recession.

  • @samvaknin

    We have become too selective in choosing mates, insisting on a perfect match. This selectivity may be intentional: a way to avoid commitment, relationships, family, and children. In other words, it may be a mate avoidance strategy.

    • @Armand_Martin
      @Armand_Martin 6 дней назад

      That’s an incredibly valuable and insightful observation, Sam. In my research, I’ve found that many people use excuses as a way to mask their fears, failures, or limitations. This kind of selectivity in mate choice could indeed function as a coping mechanism-a way to reconcile internal cognitive dissonance while avoiding accountability or the vulnerability that comes with commitment. Framing it as a mate avoidance strategy makes a lot of sense in this context and offers a profound explanation for some modern relationship dynamics.

  • @DamianMiller-m1c
    @DamianMiller-m1c 6 дней назад

    This video is absolutely mind-bending and beautifully presented! It challenges everything we take for granted about reality and perception. Here’s a question that kept coming to my mind: If reality is indeed an illusion, as the dream analogy suggests, what role does free will play in shaping this illusion? Are we active participants in constructing the layers of our "dream,’ or are we only observing a pre-scripted reality? Would love to hear your thoughts or see this explored further!

    • @Armand_Martin
      @Armand_Martin 6 дней назад

      Now, this is a fascinating question. Let’s start with dreams: do we have free will in dreams, or are they scripted? And if they are scripted, who’s writing the script? If it’s not us, we wouldn’t be able to intervene, right? But most of the time, we can’t intervene-at least not consciously. Then there are the exceptions, like lucid dreams. In those moments, we realize we’re dreaming and can actively shape the dream’s reality without waking up. If we’re stuck in a nightmare and become aware of it, we often choose to wake ourselves up. But here’s the question: should we always wake up? Or would it be better to confront the nightmare, face our fears, and defeat them while still in the dream? Now, let’s shift back to real life. Is it really that different? Think about those moments when everything seems to align perfectly-when you feel unstoppable, like you’re in a state of flow. Isn’t that similar to lucid dreaming? In those moments, you surpass limitations and actively shape your reality. But then, there are times when we feel powerless, stuck in patterns we want to escape but struggle to overcome. It’s not unlike being trapped in a non-lucid dream. When we do manage to break free, though, the sense of agency and accomplishment is profound. So, I’d say dream reality and “waking” reality aren’t as different as we think. Both test us, challenge us, and, sometimes, empower us to take control. And if you’re curious to explore this idea further, I dive deep into these questions in my book. But I won’t spoil the fun here-sometimes, the journey to the answers is the best part. What do you think of this perspective?

    • @DamianMiller-m1c
      @DamianMiller-m1c 6 дней назад

      @@Armand_Martin Damn, that’s such a wild way to look at it. The whole lucid dream and flow state comparison-mind-blowing. Makes me wonder if those moments where life just clicks are us “waking up” a bit. And yeah, facing the nightmare instead of bailing? That hit hard. Totally agree, life and dreams aren’t that different. It’s all about figuring out how to take control when you can. Grabbing your book for sure-if this is just a preview, I’m in. Thanks for sharing this!

    Beautiful. Of course I will buy you book. When I dream, I woke up and I feel almost relieved. In the so called real life, I won't jump from my building to test my second life . Everything alive seems to fear death, maybe it's discutable - but all species fight for life. So why is it?

    • @Armand_Martin
      @Armand_Martin 6 дней назад

      Why do all species fight for life? The answer lies not just in biology, but perhaps in the nature of existence itself. Think about dreams: when we’re in a dream, we also fight for survival. In nightmares, we run, hide, or do everything we can to escape danger. The instinct to survive feels just as real there as it does here. And by the way, when you jump from a building it's not to knowingly to test your life. Its because you feel, that you can do it and that it''s "normal". At least in this dream. But the key difference is what happens when we “die” in a dream-we wake up. Suddenly, the dream dissolves, and we find ourselves in what we call “reality.” What if this life operates the same way? What if death here is merely the process of waking up into a deeper, more fundamental reality? In both realms, we are tested-pushed to make choices, act on instincts, and navigate challenges. Now consider time in dreams: a fleeting ten seconds can feel like hours or even days. Isn’t that strikingly similar to how time seems to bend and flex in this life, where moments of joy fly by, and pain seems to stretch endlessly? And what if that experience isn’t merely subjective but objectively true? As I explore in my book, quantum physics reveals that time isn’t as fixed as we think-it flows differently for different people, even simultaneously. So, in dreams, we are tested. In life, we are tested. Perhaps all these tests are preparing us for the moment we wake up and see reality for what it truly is. You won’t regret buying the book. I wrote it specifically for people asking these kinds of profound questions. Almost everyone who has read it describes it as a transformative, emotional, and mind-boggling experience. I can’t wait to hear your feedback and answer your questions once you’ve finished it.,,

This is a critique of today’s trends in dating and relationships, highlighting how absurd some expectations have become-like ignoring simple facts, such as the statistical distribution of traits like height or income. It’s disheartening to see people make critical life decisions based on such shallow criteria. While I’m not entirely sure what you mean by “competitive exhibition” (I’d genuinely love to hear more about your perspective), I strongly resonate with the moral teachings of Confucianism. Its focus on morality, meaningful social relationships, and genuine personal development could transform the way we approach life. If more people embraced these principles, the world would undoubtedly be a better place. At the very least, people would stop falling for these absurd, superficial expectations in choosing something as significant as a lifelong partner. The qualities highlighted in the video are the least important when it comes to long-term happiness and fulfillment.

    • @Armand_Martin
      @Armand_Martin 7 дней назад

      Generalizing that “men under thirty can’t be good” is likely more about personal biases or experiences than reality. While I often find generalizations useful in context, this might be one where individual maturity and values matter more than age, making the generalization less suitable. And then, later in life, we often hear women saying, “all the good men are already taken,” but perhaps those men were already showing their potential under thirty - noticed and chosen by someone who saw their worth early on...

    • @vinlennox7658
      @vinlennox7658 7 дней назад

      I was not making a generational comment. Men are NOT definitely NOT mature at 20. And while I was not making the comment as a generational critique of different generations, this is MORE SO the case the last twenty or even more years. Because more and more people are staying in 'school' . You'd say 'college'. People mature only in the real world. To quote another guy; If kids went to school at six months old and teachers gave them 'walking lessons' , in a single generation people would come to believe that humans couldn't learn to walk without going to school.! Boys will NOT mature into men until they finish going to 'school'.

    • @vinlennox7658
      @vinlennox7658 7 дней назад

      @@Armand_Martin btw I do not mean to suggest under thirty can't be 'good". But the way we live nowadays they re not really mature 'men' but still boys mostly under 25 anyway, I'd even say next to 30. We never allow that education later into life has any negative effects on personal development or societally. Not really your topic here but you decided to limit your discussion to 'men' 20 to 40.!

    • @Armand_Martin
      @Armand_Martin 7 дней назад

      @@vinlennox7658No, dear, my analyzed group in the video is 25 to 40, but I see where you’re coming from. My focus is on the typical age group women are normally looking at for choosing a life partner. It's the typical age group women focus on for choosing a life partner in our time and age. But you could also shift the age group from 30 to 45, it would not change the outcome of my analysis significantly. From the perspective of sexual marketplace theory, men tend to reach their peak value later than women because their value is largely tied to accomplishments such as career, financial stability, and social status-qualities that require time and effort to develop. On the other hand, women are often considered to have intrinsic value tied to youth and fertility, which tends to diminish with age. Between the ages of 25 to 40, men are typically in the process of building their “value,” which is why many are not ready for serious commitment in their earlier years. During this time, they focus on personal goals, accumulating resources, and developing confidence. By their mid-30s or later, men are more likely to feel secure in their identity and position, making them more open to serious relationships. In contrast, women in this age range may experience societal and biological pressure to settle down earlier due to the perception that their relationship value is highest during their younger years. This mismatch in timelines often creates a dynamic where men and women are “out of sync” when it comes to commitment readiness. Historically, there was often a significant age gap between men and women in relationships, but over the past 70 years, societal norms have shifted, pressuring couples to be closer in age. Interestingly, studies suggest that men’s highest value and attractiveness, from a woman’s perspective, is typically in their 40s to 50s. It’s a fascinating topic, full of minefields. That’s always a sign for me to look closer, as I do in my book. What do you think? 😊

      That’s exactly why I wrote this book-to wake people up to the lies we’re being fed. It’s not about judging anyone; it’s about helping us see reality for what it really is. The truth is, most people will figure it out eventually, but by then, it might be too late. And that’s the saddest part-it’s not even hard to see if we just open our eyes now.

    To live my life in this mindset would be hell for me. It's like conforming and breeding is all there is that's important. Obey and conform to cultural/social pressure? Nah, no thanks, got a life to live. "In the days of my youth people told me what it means to be a man. Now I've reached that age I try to do all those things the best I can. But no matter how I try I find my way back to the same old jam." And that's because they're bullshit values foisted upon us is to make us conform and obey. For centuries religion did that job. Keeping us productive and in line for our masters and they could kill anyone who didn't. Fuck religion, fuck the social construct that is our class system (that exists under different names, everywhere in the world).

    • @Armand_Martin
      @Armand_Martin 8 дней назад

      You’re absolutely right .... it is hell for many, and much of it stems from living a life based on illusions perpetuated by social media and other forces. The hard truth is, people genuinely believe these illusions, thinking they deserve or need to chase them. But I don’t think the issue lies in the values themselves; it’s how they’ve been twisted and exploited. Whether it’s religion, ideology, or philosophy, people in power have always found ways to weaponize them against the masses. Take religion, for instance: try accessing the scriptures of the major faiths yourself, without the imposed interpretations of organizations or ideologists. You may find that the real values in these texts often have nothing to do with what we’ve been taught. It’s a revelation that challenges everything we’ve been told to believe. But they are used as tools, and in a way not to uplift us, but to conform us to a system that benefits the elites. After all, happy, fulfilled people don’t consume excessively, nor do they fight wars for the benefit of others. The manipulation runs deep, and it’s designed to keep us chasing an illusion, not genuine happiness or purpose.

But by then, the good things in life (like decent men) are naturally in limited supply. It’s not impossible to find them, but it becomes an uphill battle.

    Our socio-political system is fundamentally flawed when it comes to supporting individuals, especially women, in their decisions about family and children. Most people aspire to have a loving family, and no one envisions spending their life in isolation. Yet, discussions about having fewer children often subtly place the blame on women, which understandably leads to defensiveness and frustration. Take, for example, a working mother with a young child. She is forced to juggle multiple roles: mother, wife, and employee. Unfortunately, in our current system, the role of a mother often leaves her financially dependent on her husband, with her well-being tied to his goodwill. This dynamic creates an unequal power structure, making it harder for her to have an equal say in decisions. At the same time, the rising cost of living and the pressures of providing quality education for children only compound these challenges. Working mothers find themselves caught in an impossible situation, forced to choose between career, personal well-being, and family responsibilities. However, the solution does not rest solely with women. Men and fathers must also play a more active role in reshaping the system. The burden of caregiving, emotional labor, and financial responsibility should not fall disproportionately on women. Fathers need to share equally in the responsibilities of child-rearing, household duties, and career support. When both partners are fully engaged, it eases the pressure on women and fosters a healthier, more balanced family life. For real change to occur, society must recognize that a successful family structure depends on mutual support from both men and women. Policies and systems need to be designed to make life more flexible, so that no one-especially women-feels they must make sacrifices in their personal, professional, or family life. The time has come for a system that allows both parents to thrive equally, without compromising their well-being or future. Such a shift would not only benefit women but also strengthen families and create a more equitable and prosperous society for everyone.

    Biologically speaking, 1 man can produce enough sperm to impregnate millions of women in 1 day! Therefore, not many men are needed to reproduce. Sexually speaking women are attracted to the top 1% of men. 99% of men are “useless” biologically and sexually. Hence the highest self-unaliving rate is by men. Tough. 99% of men really struggle to find purpose and relevance. Let alone a genuine sexual attraction leading to unconditional love. Hence they bury themselves in work, alcohol, porn etc

    • @Armand_Martin
      @Armand_Martin 8 дней назад

      Absolutely, that’s the biological backdrop of the situation. However, the challenge arises because many women today are either unaware of or unwilling to acknowledge that this isn’t a realistic strategy for choosing a mate. Men, on the other hand, while also influenced by biological preferences like youth and beauty, are generally more grounded in their expectations. They understand what is attainable for them. The issue with many women today is the belief that they have a realistic chance of securing a man in the top 1%. In my work, I’ve found that women are often unaware of the statistical realities. For example, many believe that around 40% of men earn low to mid six-figure incomes, when in reality, the percentage is far lower. This disconnect between perception and reality creates unrealistic expectations and leaves both genders struggling to connect.

    • @mayagreenafrica
      @mayagreenafrica 8 дней назад

      @ Perhaps we have mimicked biology in socializing women to want the tall, handsome and rich men. Just as a woman’s egg picks only 1 spermatozoa out of millions. Perhaps it’s simply the natural selection and natural order playing out. Because women read the statistics and know the reality YET biologically, socially, sexually and intuitively only want 1%. 99% of men would just have to pay for onlyfans, commercial sex, porn etc or become workaholics

      That is not how sex works. Sperm are produced in vast numbers to increase the chances of fertilization. In natural environments, many sperm do not reach the egg due to obstacles within the female reproductive tract. It has nothing to do with some nonsense eugenics idea. Also female eggs tends to have many as many receptors as sperms are. It is just during fertilization nature toss million coins just so a particular code is realised with least amount of effort and wastage. There is a principle in physics that of Principle of least Action. Idea is nature optimizes everything it does . There is no selection happening at that level . Each is equally likely to fertilize. Evolutionary psychology is just male negative anxiety talk about woman. It is pseudo science.

      Thank you for sharing your perspective! The video isn’t meant to dismiss or ignore the diversity of relationships, preferences, or lifestyles. It’s focused on exploring a specific trend regarding expectations in heterosexual dynamics-something that’s often overlooked in discussions. Height and other attributes mentioned are examples of preferences expressed in surveys and societal norms in these dynamics, not universal truths. Of course, there are many individuals-like those in LGBTQ+ communities or with different preferences-who aren’t part of this narrative, and their experiences are equally valid and important. The goal of the video is to question societal pressures and the expectations we set for ourselves, which can sometimes lead to unhappiness or misunderstandings in any type of relationship. It’s less about “incels” and more about opening a conversation on unrealistic standards. Let’s keep the discussion constructive and inclusive-thanks for engaging! 😊

      I appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective. However, the intention behind this message is quite the opposite of what you’ve described. It’s about fostering unity, understanding, and healing between men and women, not sowing division or fear. The unhappiness and disconnection many people feel today are well-documented and researched and deserve an open, thoughtful discussion - not to divide but to bring people closer to their purpose and each other. I understand skepticism about spirituality in today’s world, but for me, it’s a tool for connection and balance, not control or manipulation. I welcome respectful dialogue on these complex topics, as the goal is to build bridges, not walls. Let’s strive for a conversation where we can better understand one another.

    I focused on my children .. I had 5 that are still living. Between them have 1 biological grandchild. My youngest child is 28 years old. We need to give them a world where they Want to have children again. And some way for those children to thrive and grow up. This world currently is a "living hell" many choose not to subject a child To. Think about that one. While we got bans on abortions and babies being born addicted to whatever .. their parents just want to die. That is not a good environment for ANY child. Education in USA barely teaches anything useful for Life in this world and society doesn't care about anything but lining their own pockets. Give them a world worth populating. And FYI nobody can do it all alone. It takes us All working Together .. and the planet is worth saving .. without our planet we are no longer "human" .. we will become "something else". And it Does matter what environment babies are born into as well as the fetal environment. An "unwanted" child will spend its most important growth period In The Womb subjected to months of emotional damage if the mother is forced to carry it to term. I've seen girls purposely do things to try and lose that baby .. that will never change whatever decade or "punishments" put in place. And punishing a mother who LOST her baby (a miscarriage IS a spontaneous abortion and usually nature decides that) .. should not be punished for that. I can say from personal experience that most likely she already is upset she LOST it .. aholes without a womb should not decide what goes on in another's unless that fetus is half theirs. I'd be happy to have a conversation about what I've learned in my over 50 years of life .. much of it first hand rest by observation and education. ❤
