Timing belt replacement and camshaft cover sealing Renault Scenic 1.6 16V Part 2
Hello
Video where we put everything back together. Between part 1 and 2 we change the water pump.
Tighten tourqe of camshaft pulleys is 80Nm.When you torque the pulleys someone is holding the locking tool of camshafts so it doesn't slip
On the side where locking tool is in camshaft's, the small "half moon" is turn downside.
Crankshaft is also locked with pin locking tool on the front of the block.
In the end we turn engine 2 times clockwise to make sure everything is okay.

Sehr schöne Arbeit ! Auch die weiß Markierung sehr Gut ! Ohne Spetial-Werkzeug , Super ! Bei 11 min. 8 sek. Sehe ich die schwarze Dichtungsmasse ! Ich hoffe doch Fiat Orginal? Das ist die Beste ! Es gibt jetzt auch schon Fertige Gel-Dichtung! Grüße vom Bastler aus Bärnau !

This doesn't show pulley markings, or how the cam pulley is held or anything. Wierd video
May I know the Part No or any specific no for the Timing belt kit, please ?

Tensioner has marks, that must line-up. You need mirror to see this.
fuel pump mark?
Really helped get a good idea of whats going on in there. Audio wouldve been useful with a bit more talk over on the markings.
