Lovely paint job, ive started trying to use some oils on minis as well as I paint landscapes in Oils and figured why the hell not. The thing I don't quite understand is how you are able to paint acrylics thinned with water on top of your oil and enamel washes? Acrylic tends to not stick to oil paint and when it does it delaminates or peels off after a while. I used oil washes on a dread and then the acrylic highlights beaded up and didn't stick over the top. What am I missing here? Cheers

Very interesting method here. You thin out the fender pieces that you wish to bend and warp, using a rotary tool, allowing them to be more malleable. I haven’t seen that before. One could also argue that it’s a cheaper alternative to buying photoetch metal parts

Nice paint and weathering. But I would like to point out one thing.The handles on the wire cutters are not made of wood.They are actually A paper like material over metal and are hull red in colour. I always made the same mistake until I saw the real thing myself.

Why is there no second camouflage color?

Great idea using the miliput like that! Further tip btw, use a real rock or scrunched up tin foil to roll over miliput before it dries to create a stone texture effect on top.

I am NOT saying you are wrong, but what is beating up these vehicles out in the desert? Other than that nit pick, very nice build, Sir.

You know you do great work . But the tarps , these guys are in the military. They wouldn't have a tarp just thrown all over . It would have been fastened down . That kinda stuff might save there lives . There would have been order , especially the Germans . Keep that in mind on your next build
