The year is 2009. You wake up at 6:00 on a cold Saturday morning. Everyone is asleep. The weather outside is overcast and there is mist on the windows. You sit down next to the cat with the Wii Remote in your hand, and proceed play for hours on end. You play everything from Wii Sports, to Mario Kart, to Brawl, to New Super Mario Bros, to Mario Galaxy. Life is simple. Life is easy. Life is good.

Kids nowadays just don’t understand

I remember falling asleep to this when I was a kid. When I got older I did same thing with the menu music from the GameCube. Fell into a bad habit of doing that, one of my friends asked me why I am doing that or if it’s an accident and I explained it too him it helps me sleep. It was weird admitting you enjoy the menu music so much and how it can calm you down. The menu music though really can awaken a lot of feelings and beautiful memories. Just makes you so thankful for the little things.
