Living in the Bible is key for all of life. I share and help people through their grief journey, by having experienced the death of many family and friends.
Grieving hearts need to heal. We are not taught about grief, many times it gets pushed down, but will rise up throughout life if it's not death with in a holistic manner.
I share with compassion, how to walk the journey. But each person, in their unique designed relationship, has to learn how to deal with grief - and that is where faith in Jesus comes in.
I use journaling, scripture and guidance through experience and coaching grief sessions for over ten years.
We are to walk life out with those who understand.
