I am a penciller and sometimes draw comics. The way I like.
I also compose music a classical way. Not the way they like of course.
I like sports. For feeling well I train every day.
On my channel I shiftly put videos of my training. There is an evolution gradually.
However there also are some 3D cartoons I did some years ago with 3DS Max.

Now an exercice to be cautious with. Starting from a crowpose and then puttting the head on the ground. And put the legs on the back of the arms. Good only if you have a strong healthy and flexible enough neck.

The secret is to start with construction lines, for the eyes, nose and mouth, and an upright line too. Visualising the head like geometrical objects helps a lot.

For softening the blows on the knees after each jump, I make a full squat. It is much sweeter.

I started to do the crowpose some years ago. I did not put the legs too high on the arms because this way it was easier and it did not hurt the skin of my arms. Now after some years, I noticed that I can put the legs higher on the arms without soreness and it has become easier. I have put both crowposes in this video.

A simple way to train using 2 trestles. I go slowly and contract the abs during this exercise. I just lay a bar on 2 trestles, no need to fix it for this exercice.

I put the hands shoulderwidth, not to close to the ears, normallly they dont slip.

I think it strengthens the arms, logically.
