when running in circumference 4pieR² so the Greatest grandchildren run like 4 seconds or 4000mm ahead to cater for oblique sphere or equator distances in millimetres

Another possible cause is failure to undertake proper Geotechnical investigations and use of low quality materials.

Thank you for the very informative video, one's graduation ceremony is indeed a very special day that should be permanently etched into memory. It marks the fulfillment of all the requirements to be conferred a degree and the powers thereof. Despite the spotlight mainly focusing on the graduates, it's important to appreciate the efforts of other players in making the day a success ie Uni staff. Given the issues arising from the video(matters of protocol), I believe that a well attend rehearsal prior to the day of graduation will be of great help. While acknowledging that a rehearsal was done, communication on the time and day was late and that may have contributed towards the happenings. All in all, Graduation should be a day of ordered celebration marking success for all stakeholders.
