I soloed a Stalking Orc Executioner on Mines of Moria's release day on the Angmar server. Orc assassins replace wraiths in Moria. Stalking Orc Executioners seem to be the orc assassin equivalent to the Mourning Wraith, but I have found the former to be much less challenging so far.
