Been doing block and concrete for 11 years. Never once have we paid for a pump. For basements we get a conveyor truck to get down there.lately we been doing it with 3 guys. One wheeling the whole time. Another person wheeling a little bit and also jumping on the come along the rest of the time. And the third guy screeding. Takes about an hour and half to two hours to get it in. Jobs like this we would just get the truck as close as we can and wheel . I never understood why people would pay damn near an extra grand to pump it in when you gotta wait a hour or so before you can get a mag on it and a machine on it anyway.

I wanna start a concrete company in California but you need a CSLB or concrete C8 license before you can collect anything above $500 , in order to get that license you need 4 years of construction experience or experience in a trade. I highly doubt every concrete company in California has their license

Is the spreadsheet a one time payment?

Charge them for all the equipment you already own, claim it took 42hrs to just do a driveway, suggest you pay your workers $42 an hour, then take nearly 80% profit on top of that. If this is real - what a joke. Trade project pricing has got out of hand everywhere!
