    wow, i realy loved the last mantra "i did the best i could in the situation that where given to me" and repeting it to me was so strong because, the things that hapend in my life i had a very high ststus and self steem, an just when i thought i had everiting i could dream of for the staring of my university i had 17 years old but the path to the life i dreamed of I was right where i wanted it, i lose it all because of things out of my control, not only once but twice, and even now that Im close to reach a goal to star a path in my life , the self-dout, that all what happend left me behind had me dout every choice or everithing i made but with that frace and doing the retrospective i can finaly belive tha i realy did all that i could made on my situation .

      Hi! Thank you so much! The reason it's not 16x9 is because it was recorded (at first) in portrait to be used on short form content platforms like instagram or tiktok. But we've decided to put everything on youtube, so the first 8(?) episodes are recorded in 9x16, after that they'll all be in natural 16x9 and fit perfectly on youtube =) //Emil The Technician

    Need to correct him here. He did not actually black out during the talk. His brain just did not process short-term memory correctly due to trauma or nervous relapse. So in his mind since he has no recollection, he thinks he blacked out back then. But his brain simply did not collect that memory of what is happening. Similar how if a person has an adrenal response, the brain does not focus on memory it focuses on survival, especially if you are not used to having an adrenal response.

    • @presentermastery
      @presentermastery 9 месяцев назад

      That makes sense! In the episode, we talk about how this must be discussed on some form of scale. If "blacking out" implicates fainting, then yes, David did not black out. But as you said, he has no memory of what happened during those 5 minutes =/ Scary! Thank you for the comment!
