He didn't say prove it, He said: Preach it.
There's plenty of proof in the Bible, creation, archaeology, history & testimonies

As for discouragement..God said he'd perfect those things that concern us..so, whatever is weighing on you, give it to God.. I pray He'd meet your needs , open doors of opportunity for you, give you favor, and straighten paths for you. Just remember God loves His kids..and you're one of them..so receive the blessings and peace He has for you,..and of course you are on my prayer list. Sorry about your losing your Dad ..doesn't matter how long ago it was, it's still a void. It's going to be a great year..so expect.good things .also, I'm not sorry for writing a book 😀

You can no more curse yourself than anyone else can, but life isn't fair. Thank God Jesus isn't either. But we will be held to account for our words. Don't think our Father didn't see the way we talked to our brothers and sisters. He wants us to be kind to each other because he loves us.
@kajunkashawn4184 I disagree..the last half of deut 28 is about the curses that will come on those who dont keep the law..The bible says tons about words. It says life and death are in the power of the tongue, and we will eat the fruit of it. There are many scriptures on the power of our words . Yes,We are to be kind to each other..but also Paul said let anyone who preaches any other gospel be accursed, so Paul himself even cursed anyone who preached another gospel . There's James 3: 9-10 as well: With the tongue we bless our Lord and Father, and with it we curse men, who have been made in God’s likeness. Out of the same mouth come blessing and cursing. My brothers, this should not be! Can both fresh water and salt water flow from the same spring? We can curse ourselves and others with our words.. what about when Jesus cursed the fig tree, and why do we bless our.food before we eat. Blessing and cursing is all throughout the bible.

Yes, Thank God for The Holy Spirit, but whichever spirit behooved that pastor to mislead you, most likely does not jive wirh The Holy Spirit. That is a lie straight from The Prosperity Gospel. I'm not surprised, though. We are Living in very Deceptive Times. If you're interested in that sort of thing, Joel Osteen has an entire congregation full of name it and claim it (New Age)theology. It works for Joel. I pray for his soul, and those he is leading astray.
The Pastor who answered my question online during a live chat was awesome. I've heard of Joel Osteen. I have nothing bad to say about him .I'm not familiar with his teachings. I don't have a problem with being prosperous , however., bc we can be a bigger blessing to others than if we're not.
He did nor answer you correctly. No one said you can't be rich. Job was a very rich man, by earthly standards. It's about your heart posture. You understood that verse perfectly, before that pastor threw you off. Ask for Holy Spurit guidance, not some youtube preacher. The good ones are far and few between. I have nothing bad to say about Joel Osteen as far as who he is., as far as his teachings, he is leading 1000's of people straight to hell.
Our righteousness is as filthy rags. Next to a Holy, Pure God, we are not Holy and Righteous. Ir's only by the covering of Jesus that we are even able to come before Him with our prayer requests. That verse was definitely speaking to us believers. Non believers don't even pray, so why would it even being addressing prayer with them??

It doesn't matter whether or not we think we're okay to be blessed, what matters is what God wants to give us, period. The Holy Spirit makes intercession for us with grumblings we can't understand, so truthfully we can't ask amiss, hehe. As for God will give us everything according to His Word, that should be clarified that He gives us everything according to His will. The Word allows us to ask for everything and anything, if we follow some very basic rules, but the most important of those rules is whether or not it's in God's will for us. If it's not in God's will, He has something better for us, and will grant it in His time. God bless you, Sister.

@wolfsden Well Pastor Jonathan Shuttlesworth is the one who explained that to me when answering my question. I registered for the 21 days of prayer and fasting with him..so he's doing teachings every day online. :)

Hey Billy, I've lost family and friends to cancer as well, and quite a few young ppl I've sadly seen die because of drug overdose..I could go on. I'm sorry you've had hard times..but Gods plan isn't for them to continue. God has plans for good for you. Also, you don't have to have cancer just bc family has. That's what science tells us, but God doesn't bow to science..science bows to God..so if that fear comes to you, remind d it that Jesus bore our sickness and disease ( Is 53:4-5). Remember, the devil may have had some say in our past, but he doesn't get to dictate our future!I As for the snow, I'm OK with it mostly! God bless!
