Thank you for making this video. It gave me answers to a question that I've had for a while now. I've asked people, "What's the purpose of a romantic relationship?" and their answers were always empty words to me, but now I understand.

Ok so LOVE can be long O'ed to LOAVE, which is to make a LOAF of bread:/ When I first noticed this years ago I immediately assumed something sinister, it was conversing with one of my spirit partners that really drove this home as she explained that obviously it is a compliment when someone wants to eat you:/ But does she LIKE me enough to avoid immediately devouring me? I just cant fathom doing so with a human tho, I spent years seeking various answers and one of the big ones is how much happier I am just being a hermit, talking to the trees and the wind, casting my spells when the time is right, I fear that even if I decided to give such foolishness a go I'd find that Im too much of a crazed hobo and while I dont mind changing I tend to keep my changes.. Plus I have brain problems:/ decades of depression, also global warming, global war mongering and warrens of rabbit holes to dive down, no I will not have children on the same plane of existence as the cartels and the CIA. Plus who knows what else, theres alway more and its always worse and thats.... About all I can handle. I didnt learn magic through sensible means, if Im supposed to make bread its gonna be, well, I make bread stuff in my air fryer.... Anyway, thanks for letting me use your page to build this little wall, I am ever irreverent because I am ever talking about serious stuff and its just A LOT sometimes you know? This is accurate. I met my alchemical match and it started off like a fairytail, the amount of synchronized events that came to together for us to meet was otherworldly then around the 6-8 month marknour shaddows came out, I had dreams of her killing me, stange black magic stuff and I wanted to face the narcissism and she didnt, she ended up just saying she was a mirrior and that made me realize it was so much more pf a twisted, intense and diabolical exp than just "Love & Light". I was directed to do a curse removing ceremony with the stuff of hers/ours/gifts,etc and that night I had a dream our cellular entanglement was dissolved in space my blue cells and her pink cells blasted apart across the galaxy and a huge calm came after wards... Since then, she was in my dreams twice, one where she wanted to kill me again, and then recently where we were friendly with eachother... My reason for sharing was to confirm Miss Annastasia's insights to a real life example. If I had a chance to do it again with my beloved I would have more patience and respect for our individual processes, mutual processes and how to communicate from a space of agency vs disempowered codependency. True authentic love is very rare nowadays, because many people are extremely scared of authenticity. Nice bit of etymology there too. I agree, there is no room for ego in true love - Ego is in-fact usually the last line of defence for the walls around the heart of a person who is trapped in Ego and who's authentic souls is crying out for love - it's very strange and intriguing dance. Interestingly the egg/seed scenario outlayed at the top of the video is almost a microcosm of this same battle or destruction proicess - As above so below, so within, so without. Another great video

Thank you for the illuminated perspective. I find myself in a Masculine body but emotionally feel very feminine being a Capricorn. I had a healer tell me at the last min I decided to be feminine and it was too late for my body. I feel both at all times and quite frankly, it's overwhelming. This Video helped me own more of what seems to be my wounded feminine in having extreme hesitancy to own self love and care for aesthetics while also hiding away. Its been a battle to maintain a unicity as to not feel at war internally with what wishes to be expressed. I appreciate your grounded teachings.

I commend your effort, and for identifying this issue in society. I think so many people are so off kilter these days that there's no clean way out of this though... I think that people attribute certain characteristics to people who have a certain style or whatever because they meet people with similar styles to that and notice commonalities between them. Some people will surprise you (like you do apparently), but most often, if someone thinks something, it's because they've observed it either in life, or in media, those. Can this be hijacked? Yes, definitely, and it is, often maliciously. But I think most people who dress or carry themselves a certain way know how others will perceive them for it, and it's a large reason why they do. About the ego keeping things limited, causing confusion - imagine if everyone everywhere just flowed into different things all the time (ie. just being), it would be much more confusing and definitely harder for people to relate. Of course, the extent to which it would be confusing would be in line with how deep the changes they allow to flow are. What is your advice for integrating the ego with the shadow self?

oh, if you haven't tried k-pop I recommend Dreamcatcher. They taught me some of the same lessons you're teaching/learning, or maybe I should say, they provided a framework that allowed for me to comfortably reflect upon myself. One of the more baffling things about this place is how simple something can seem one moment and how utterly baffled I am when I realize theres just infinite stuff to learn, if one were so inclined. I have to admit theres one thing you kinda said that made me pause, the idea of masculine and feminine energy and one being positive and the other negative, that sounds very Tao, which is well enough but Im HYPER suspicious of anything that applies an absolute to a broad swath of humanity, its like, if you look in history, Goddesses all over the place, they had temples and prayers and everything, my brain tells me its probably because women can create life through reproduction, making more human, so a Goddess would make more Earth, in the form of food from crops, livestock, later you'd get your Thors and Zeuses (zeus sucks club for me but Thors ok, no Odin thats for sure n e way) So we still know about the Athenas and Dianas but nowadays not a lot of people know Inanna Ishtar, together or apart and whats more curious, people dont tend to associate things like hunting with women, or war for that matter (I understand Ishtar had dominion over war) Phew, ok, all this to say, men sure dont seem to be able to haandle women being able to do things or have like, authority, or their own thoughts, or peace of mind.... Feminine energy being negative just sounds like a guy wanted emotional and intellectual leverage over women so he interjected a little sexism into a philosophy. Of course a woman could have done it too. Its just so abundantly clear at this point that we guys tend to be basically like spoiled children forever but also with a capacity for violence that makes a situation where a lot of women probably agree with things they know are wrong to keep a guy from being petty or actually hurting them. Kinda reminds me about what you were saying about the Anima, I associate my Anima and shadow as having more crossover than either does with my inner child , Ive also had a lot of success on the path to reconciling all three, sometimes I think Im there but then it turns out to be spiritual psychosis/mania amplifying things to the point of distortion. Really I think what Im reaching for is the reconciliation of the "negative" concept, I think we've been trained so thoroughly to consume that the idea of the opposite, getting rid of things, unburdening ourselves, has become demonized. I dunno, I follow a weird path but I basically dont take anything as gospel, not the bible, heck, the word of the a Goddess, if she saw fit to honor me again, would be gospel in my heart but, it would be just that, for my heart, perhaps it would match perfectly with her message to another but that would just be a coincidence, how many millions have died in the worst ways because of a disagreement over a word in a bible, or a treaty... Or whether or not Jesus had feet, I would wager what with all of the foot washing in the bible... But a wager isnt knowledge. I watched this yesterday before going to my service job that’s very triggering. I ended up leaving early because I’m mentally exhausted with the treatment. I wish I could be stronger but I’m tired of being treated less than for just doing my job that barely pays enough. I have a lot of ego dissolution to do and I appreciate your take on this subject

I have a question. If the trigger involves abuse, SA, or similar experiences, and someone's words or actions trigger memories of that abuse or past mistreatment, is it still connected to the ego? If so, how do we overcome that?
