eat low calorie instant noodles, ice cream, there's so many shit that is reduced to so low calories so eat those if you cant control your diet and most importantly, DO CARDIO. it certainly helps in burning those extra calories. Also, try to keep the calories in below 1000 to 1500 calories. And for the gains, you HAVE to WORKOUT.
