It finally worked for me, had to first download png from computer (didn't work with transparency on phone) - as a file and not as a photo. Then I sent & saved to phone as a file. To add the circle to film, choose option + add file (don't choose photos), then "more" to select picture in picture. Works!

When I import an arrow, it always has a white border around it. Your border is black. Mine isn't working.

Thanks a lot, I learned additional features of iMovie that I didn't know of. However, this didn't work for my purposes: I wanted to blend in a very long but low rectangle, and it was impossible to scale it the right way.

This is a great video and thanks for sharing. I can’t seem to get rid of the white background of the red circle. I have put in red circle png in the search engine but it just won’t go when I paste it to the video with Picture in Picture.

This would be great if there was a transparent circle but there are none to download that do this.

Amazing work! I’m shooting my first wedding film in the fall and looking at getting a nightwalker lens. This makes me want it even more! So did you shoot with a 24mm on both cams or just your main? And on close ups were you just close in on the couple? Trying to figure out what focal length to go with so thought I would ask…lol

Thanks for checking out my video! I wanted to address a question that has been asked several times on this video as far as what kind of resistance bands I used and what strength of band I would recommend. While the specific bands I used are no longer sold on Amazon, they were very inexpensive and very similar to the one I have linked in the description of this video if you're curious about checking them out. The ones I used came in a set of 4 bands ranging from "Light" to "X-Heavy". In this video I am using the "X-Heavy" band. My recommendation for anyone watching this video would probably just depend on (1) if you have ever done any resistance band work before and (2) your own strength level. If you've never used resistance bands before I would say start a little lighter with maybe a "Medium" band, and if that feels too easy at first or you use that bands for a few weeks and begin to get stronger then you can work your way up to a "Heavy" or "X-Heavy" band. In a nut shell I'd say find a resistance that works for you and that is challenging, but not so much so that you're unable to perform the exercises in this video with good form. Hope that this info is helpful!

UPDATE: Took me 2 hours to figure this out but it is a workaround to the fact you can NO longer save transparent images to Photos and using Green/Blue screen works but makes the thing huge. You search for circle the same way as in this video (not created by me) and then when you click on it to save you need to save it to a file system like Drive (Google Drive). And then you need to open your Google Drive and download it to your local Files in your iPhone. I put mine in my iMovie folder. NOTE: in Drive, this is not obvious. You have to find the file (the one you just saved - the red circle for example) and select “Open In” and then you can select “Save to Files”. Then when you add the picture you are selecting it from Files not pictures! Then it works! Stupid Apple is so annoying. Again, save pict you find to Drive (Google Drive), then download pict from Drjve to phone local storage (Apple called this Files) and then add to your iMovie as a File, Picture in Picture. Took me SO long to get this to work. Hope that helps.
