There are 1000s of routes to choose from in there, from trad to sport, he has it all in there! The Crag is Called Rat’s Hole at Summersville lake… it’s kinda an underground spot so it not in the guidebooks or MP. There are some online forums that can tell you the location, however please do not park on the private drive and hike in. Best approach would be by boat or kayak (and more fun too)! Hope this helps!

If you are familiar with the Army Rocks climbing area off of I-68, it’s down the hill a few hundred yards from the parking lot.

Best way to get to this boulder is hike out to the Anti Elvis boulder in Tilted Tree and then follow the faint (and I mean faint) trail down the hill. As you approach the biggest boulder downhill it is on the left side. Hope this helps!

Absolutely! When the changes being made by the Forest service for the new cabins is completed, Ray Weber and the Cheat Canyon Climbers Coalition plan on clearing a more evident trail to this area (which still has plenty of potential).

There is a gravel pull-off just past the cheat lake exit. There is some construction going on there now, but I have been able to park there recently without issue.

Thanks for reaching out! There is definitely not 75 routes here, but there is a solid handful of routes spilt between this cliff line and the lower tier just down the hill. There is also a number of other sport climbing crags located in the cheat canyon, however they are currently on private property and access issues are currently being addressed. The Cheat Canyon Climbing Coalition is working hard to make these areas accessible to the public, so fingers crossed!
