Bajaj chetal ev is the most unreliable and poorly made vehicle. I am suffering after buying this vehicle. Warranty is just uselss. Their service centres are very bad. Warranty is linked to mandatory servicing. These service centres also loot/ steal parts from the vehicles when u submit vehicle for servicing. They bluff the customers if you go to them for some problem under warranty. I threw my Bajaj chetak ev into garbage after repeated issues and running around for service centres for 10s and 100s of times. I heard Bajaj chetak is closing down due to poor sales and pathetic service issues. Don't buy this ev scooter and loose your money.

Bhai range muskil se 140-50 ja pati h....nap nap ke chalne walo ke liye kafi value for money vehicle hai no doubt. But bina headache driver krne walo ko liye bahot hi wahiyat option hoga.

Hello sir, मैंने T REX AIR को 10 महीने में लगभग 4800 किलोमीटर चलाया था अब मैंने T REX PRO पर धनतेरस के दिन 29.10.2024 को अपडेट किया है लेकिन T REX AIR की तरह T REX PRO में भी कुछ कमियां है 1- ओडोमीटर और ट्रिपमीटर दोनों एक साथ चलते रहते हैं रीडिंग में कोई फर्क नहीं है मतलब ट्रिपमीटर का कोई फायदा नहीं है। 2- horn voice की सेटिंग ठीक नहीं है जो बहुत कम है। सिटी ट्रैफिक में होर्न यूजलेस वॉल्यूम के साथ दिया गया है। 3- बैटरी को होल्डर में सही से सेट नहीं किया गया है हर छोटे से छोटे गड्ढे में आवाज करती रहती है जो मन की शान्ति को बाधित करता है। 3- हेंडलबार में इंटीग्रेटेड फ्रंट इंडिकेटर या कहिए डीआरएल दिन में सूरज की रोशनी में बिल्कुल नहीं चमकते हैं useless है। 4- हॉर्न का स्विच रीच से बाहर है यदि हॉर्न का बटन स्विच बोर्ड के लेफ्ट साइड में होता तो बेहतर होता जो स्विच बोर्ड के राइट साइड में होने के कारण अंगूठे से दूर पड़ता है। प्लीज EMOTORAD को कहिए इन कमियों को दूर करें और सेल यूनिट को रिकॉल करें। कंप्लेंट करने पर मुझे EMOTORAD ने T REX PRO का न्यू हेंडलबार कोरियर से भेज दिया है बेहतरीन सर्विस आफ्टर सेल्स अब न्यू हेंडलबार को साइकिल में फिट कर कर देखता हूं कि ट्रिप मीटर और ओडोमीटर ठीक ठीक काम करते हैं या नहीं Shamim ahmad Muzaffarnagar 251001 9760029300
