Can it be fitted closer to the dash it sticks out too far for my liking

I've got the apk165 in my mk7 golf

Good morning, the hook is very convenient, only now I can't extract it anymore, I turn the key clockwise but the knob comes out just right but doesn't rotate, I always put the cap back when not inserted, I tried with WD40 but there's no way to turn the knob

is this possible for a bmw f20 pre lci model. yr 2011. without rear camera or pdc installed.

For me the key hole is rusted shut, how can I remove the towbar permanently, while retaining the bumper mounting.

I never used the keyhole cover and now i cant insert the key. Tried with wd 40 but still cant slide it in. Does anyone have tips?

Thank You 👍👍👍. Other video's on You Tube are not clear - pull the handle out sideways before twisting the knob to remove the tow bar ball neck.
