I always loved this group, I first heard them in 1969 when I 15 years old, fell in love with rock music ever since. I used to blast this song over and over again. This song and black magic women were the songs that compel me to pick up the guitar and I haven't stop playing since.

Dieses Lied erinnert mich so daran, wenn ich als Kind mit meiner Familie mal in einem anderen Dorf war, in dem ein besonderer Markt stattfand. Da es mich immer zur örtlichen Kirche gezogen hat und ich hinein wollte, fühlt sich diese Musik dementsprechend an.

Man I remember this song in 1969 when I was a young man 18 years old on leave from Marine Corps boot camp. Me and two of my friends were an Open Air Market and Hampton Virginia and this song what's playing on a stereo ofrenda music department. Never three girls standing there listening to it and I told one of my friends that sounds good. So we walked over listening and I started to do some dance moves and one of the girls started dancing with me then all six of us started dancing and people started gathering around watching. Then we noticed the store manager coming over to see what was going on and there must have been a crowd of about 50 people watching us. He stood there looking nodded his head and walked off and I guess he thought it was good for business. Man what a time that was I'm 69 now and this song sure reminds me of those days.
