Mark is an awesome pastor who God has transformed btw. Loves Jesus, Preaches only about Jesus , loves Gods people at trinity and family

I think you are misunderstanding Mark. He was in the mode of educating people on the Jezebel spirit and then he is confronted with it at that same time. He merely pointed out how to spot the spirit. He made it clear he was not trying to put the leadership down at the same time. All John had to do would be to say sorry if it was an offense to some and leave it at that and it would have been over. Instead John doubles down and uses this to defend what actually happened and doubled down on putting Mark down publicly even by showing the congregation private text between him and Mark to try and justify. John is the cause of why this got so blown up.

The timing for this today was so much God! I had not gotten the necessary rest for the weekend. I sat in my recliner and MADE myself get up and get stuff done. I got what had to be done pretty much done, but felt DRIVEN to do more. Unless I’m being driven into the wilderness to be proved by the Holy Spirit I’m old enough to recognize the enemy at work. I sat down, got on my phone to listen to my daily through the Bible on You version. I saw you. You were confirmation from the Lord. Just letting you know what you do makes a difference.

The Sadducees didn’t believe in resurrection. I’m guessing they lived with this in mind. Do what benefits us now. I can’t imagine doing good without ANY benefit for eternity. Yikes.
