Brotha you can rev it all the way up it’s strong asf in my island we setup tacomas,hilux etc and these mini trucks are pretty solid for racing too if you setup the truck properly

wow that sound great when its idle ,, i got 2005 hilux with a stroker 3rz and garrett turbo straight piped because of the turbo but im here in youtube looking for a smoother sound kit for the 3rz because mine is just sounds grumpy and unnecessary loud ,, i had 2jz single turbo project on it before but it kept broking half the way i dunno why ,, so can u please send me the link for the exact exhaust kit shown in the video ?

My first car back in 03 was a 98 dual cab 3rz. It was fitted with a factory fit K&N air filter, wild cat extractors, straight to a 2.5 inch exhaust system with one small muffler and no cat. It made way more power and was way deeper. Commercial vehicles at the time in Qld didn't require a cat.. Not sure of the law now but it wouldn't hurt hollowing out the cat. Cats don't work until they're up-to temp which is on average of a 20-30min drive at an average of 80-100km per hour. I'd suggest some pacemakers and completing the exhaust. Peace out 🤙

First_shot23 it’s custom made, they cut out the stock muffler and put in a high flow red back muffler. And the tips don’t really change the sound. So if you get different tips it will probably sound the same

No it’s the same way you take it apart just add some silicone to the parts where the front cover bolts on in front of the timing chain. Like where it meets the head

Tips will not really change the sound of the car but changing the muffler will. Whatever tip you get is just for looks. And I’m not sure what other hilux’s will sound like so just play with it and maybe change it up if you don’t like it
