hi i need some help my friend i setup new unicenta 5.0 but the receipt printer not work all the connection is there its not usb connection any advice plessssss

I just bought one and the bottom of the box was all destroyed, they didn't even tape it and shipped it in the original box which doesn't even have anything holding it closed! Thanks for this clear video I was able to make sure everything was in the box. Looks like a very nice board, hopefully mine works after going through amazons hands.

hey man, i need some help with a particular issue. say we have products with long names (30 chars +), at present moment unicenta just cuts off the product name at like 16-17 chars and proceeds to print quantity ,price , etc. i would like unicenta to use an additional line below the initial one to print the item name, and then print price , quantity etc etc. how do i go about that?

Hello, Thank you for this excellent video. After installing unicenta, I still get the message: A valid user must exist on your database server to connect unicenta opos in the configuration menu. Even with that when I press connect ,the connection is done perfectly, I save and I restart unicenta . In the configuration menu I always have the message: a valid user must exist on your database server to connect unicenta opos. Thank you for giving me a solution. Have a good day.
