Well, first of all, if you are having PGR as your main gacha, I don't recommend it. Second, Most people play for the basics of every gacha: collecting and making your favorite the strongest. Third, because it feels like DMC, it's satisfying to mess around with compositions and create insane combos.

I'm a bit confused on what you mean or why...? I personally enjoy what they have with PGR now because it's friendly to us. Do you need to wait a bit sometimes? Yes. But they give us the special gacha system where obviously you can pay, but you can also get it for free if you decide to use your BC for it, or not even need to spend as much if you just want the skin. Hell you can even get it early if you're lucky. That's extremely generous considering these not just drastically change looks but add special effects, and you can get it potentially without spending? Also they do re-run some of these skins quite a lot. Biancas Ink skin, Alphas priestess skin, and Kamui's halloween skin come to mind as often put back into the shops. I'm just confused on why you want literal pallet changes as paid things. That's just really... I guess lazy? And at least for me as a day one PGR player, not up snuff with what's been given, and I'd feel kinda peeved if they just sold color swap for like 20 bucks. I think the community wouldn't like that either. Regardless too as a gacha game you're already prone to dishing out a SHIT ton of money, so adding another way to rake consumers just seems kinda... Not it.

I don't understand the purpose of this video and I'm not trolling, it's just not making sense to me. I don't play PGR but does it share a lot aspects as far as how they implement their in-game store? Is there a pattern of Kuro "copying" how they do something in one game into another? Or does the PGR team have any influence on the Wuwa dev team? If there is, then I take back the above since there is proof that they do this. But if they don't, there's really no point in griping about it since... no one knows what Kuro is up to with Wuwa. I'm being very optimistic that they'll probably do something that benefits the gamers since they actually have a track record of respecting gamers time and being super generous about in-game currency. Until then, no point in saying "I don't understand why they do this" since they haven't done anything yet, lol

No it will look predatory if they do skins like that. There is a difference in moba and an open world gacha. Majority of gacha players like to play f2p. Also skins in gacha don't really sell well so they won't allocate resource into that.Moba has to release skin as monetary aspect cause you can get heroes for free.What would it look like in public if you get a character for 200$ then you still gonna spend 30$ for a skin effect. that would look predatory to the eyes of majority.

I play the game to challenge myself. I actually have not pulled at all on my account, I prefer having very limited options and being forced to make the best of what I have. Raising an account like this has been very challenging, like all my scores are terrible, but it's actually been improving very quickly. I've found that combat knowledge is actually more important than playing "meta" in this game.

like everyone in the comment said, if you got time, do the story. The story was kind of slow at first but for me it pick up at the end of chapter 8. I find the story was better than HI3. I like it because it was more like not hero type of story where everyting goes end very well like most Hoyo story. Same as Arknight, Reverse1999 and Path To Nowhere in term of storytelling. I believe Wuwa also will approach this type of dark story telling. Gameplay was the main reason for people to try it but I understand for some new players can't get into game because its overwhelming so it alright. Take it slow, its a gacha game. If you rush it will burn you down.

a friend suggested me to try it just 4 months ago...and is my fav game absolutely. there are so many reasons why i keep play. i love the lore of the game. the design of the characters. combat system... i can give multiple reasons but is like to ask to a guy why he loves a girl if you know what i mean hehehe matter. and i am global server player (probably one of the minimal bunch that plays it in Italy) but still...i love it even if i play it mostly alone. in any case i think that the true issue is what you said...lack of content creators.

you dont need to be competetive on this game you can enjoy whatever what you want on this game plus if you want to be competetive there you can use A rank characters rank up to sss+ and this is the same of s rank sss+ no P2W

as someone who is two months in, I like the combat and the pull system is actually fair this game genuinely makes me enjoy collecting characters

i enjoy the new boss and new character every patch. you could say i can just f2p but because building a character is easy. im motivated to get the memory usb on warzone and skulls in ppc so i can always make them SS with proper memory resonance. so while at it i top up to grab the weapon and sometimes the cub as well i did quit for wuwa since i've already played pgr for 2-3 years and has a better scaling than pgr for me. might be faster to eos as well depending where it goes lol

Just came back to Pgr just few weeks ago because i quitted for Wuwa. Until i saw the Pgr Cn version which is Wanshi Lucid dreamer, that alone gave me motivation to try and enjoy the game. (I enjoyed the stories tho.)

Looking at cn the future of pgr is getting even better. I previously lost my account in global but I started again with a new account and still continuing since 2023.

Didnt abby say 'Abraxas' to himself? Thats a famous name from the world egg theory. The fracsidus might like that theory too, since they seem to want to break the worlds eggshell by bringing a new lament and starting the next step of human Evolution. That might also why they want rover. Ya might wanna look into that world egg theory. There is a book from german author Hermann Hesse, 'Demian - the story of a boyhood' that features abraxas combined with theories of the psychologist Carl Jung in a way that some people say acts as a methaphor for seeing the hidden sides of the world and breaking out of the safe zones, into what is seen as 'taboo' by society. Figuratively 'learning the truth about this world' as people do when they grow up (like learning that some things like santa are just societies fabrications and not really there, but other darker things that people usually dont talk about are very real) This concept is often used in 'growing up' stories where people loose their 'childlike innocence', their safe eggshell, and learn to face the 'reality' outside the shell. What that could mean for wuwa, i am not sure. Maybe it could mean that the factsidus want humanity to grow up? Not rely on the sentinels as 'protective parents' anymore, but rather become 'proper adults' that stride their own path? (Kinda like what happened with yue and the time powers) I am interested to see where the story goes.

I actually just got into this game because HOLY SHIT IT'S BLACK ROCK SHOOTER!!!! But yeah, I've been having a blast, the only reason I didn't give PGR a chance when it first launched is being burned by games before. Now thanks to this game I have: HSR, WuWa, and PGR in my gacha rotation. Despite the amount of time they all take, they still respect my time better than FF14. I love FF14, but the recent version has been awful, with all the storms here in Florida, the DDoS attacks, and the lack of people still doing the raids due to DDoS, I've been struggling like hell to clear M4S. I've just been enjoying more games that I can do shit when I want rather than be stuck waiting for others to play. This game is really fun and I really suggest people to give PGR a chance.

Thats because pgr community is pretty toxic. I just comment how a future character looks like a ZZZ character and out of nowhere im a hoyoverse fanboy. Being to a ZZZ or being a hoyoverse player is bad now? Anyways pgr is great especially now with BRS. After im done with brs, I'll quit gacha in general for good. It's such a time sink like mmo

I never played PGR, And when I happen to watch them on YT, "cool moves" I thought, but I still have no idea how the combat control is like. I mean, it's mobile game, you don't play it on controller. Just imagining controlling such character in tap screen seems like a huge pain which always prevents me from trying it.

I agree about the community part. Even if it's small, I would like to hear more about their thoughts about the story, their strengths, weakness, and all that. Lore summaries, or patch overviews. I don't care if I'm watching someone with a built in mic. It's just that so many people say that they like PGR's story but the fact that there's rarely any community content on it makes me question that statement. It's easy to say shi on the internet and just leave it at that. And I agree with the story part: Visual Novel style isn't my style. I prefer when the story is told through interactive stages (feels like Bianca Alter's patch does this more) cuz this way I can engage with the story better. Good thing there are story summaries; for PGR it's in this website called Gray Raven*s* Agreed on the co-op part. Not much to add.
