I have seen Koodala Sangameswara, Pattadakkal etc a few years back. There are 2 places to visit near Koodala..... & 3 places near Badami viz Badami, Padakkal & Aihole. They are all worth seeing places in North Karnataka. Banasankari, & Mahakuta are also worth seeing. Please visit all these places if you propose to see North Karnataka. You can stay in Badami . Thereis a direct train from Secunderabad to Badami ( around 2-30 pm. ). కామరాజు.
