Its not possible sister. Leggins tight fit , normal is loose fit so impossible .moreover all stretchable fabric is not suitable for our normal machine to stitch. In garment they use different machine to stitch stretable fabric or atleast we use particular footer.

In center from neck shape Minimum 3 to 5 , 6 max 7 ". But in arm hole side it should end before L angle 1 " above. Because it is yoke model. I ll clarify it in in shorts today as possible

This is thin cloth and simple model so this alteration is possible. But gent pant model is different. So it would be possible to do this . But if it is new one, you could alter to small size and use it for kids if possible

If i know full body measurements only i could tell exact fabric needed. Anyhow roughly telling you need 2.5 meters if the fabric width is 42 to 44 inches and if fabric width is 36 inches you need 3 to 3.25 meters, for both of them together . ***This is for this model shoulder knot frock. Not regular frock. *****
