Whatever YOU have to do is what's hardest. There's positives and negatives in starting either fat or skinny but they don't make it any less possible for you, just different

I think youre misunderstanding the meaning of skinny like most muscular men do. Skinny is next to no muscle and next to no body fat. Being skinny for say 16 years of life and then tryibg to gain any weight at all is a struggle, your stomach isnt capable of holding enough food to gain muscle if youre fat you gain muscle underneath just from carrying yourself around, there arent many fat people who are just straight fat no muscle.

Nah what bad advice is this bro starting fat is easier than skinny. Your much stronger you have more options to cut , way easier mentally too. These podcast bros are not it 😂

Nah. When you’re fat you have the pound of flesh to lift weight, but when you’re skinny, you have to get used to the weight by pushing yourself to gain the pounds needed to lift more weight. I’ve trained with a fat newbie, he lifted my weights with so much ease I had to increase the weights because of him. I didn’t hurt myself thankfully but he challenged me to go bigger.

Its all about whats harder, eating to much in order to grow or eating to little in order to shrink

Imagine having to start lifting with a weighted vest and not being able to take it off. Starting fat risks injuries so much more because you start with the weight with none of the strength. Weak joints, bad form and no knowledge is a dangerous combination.

Why is it skinny vs fat? Why is empathy so zero sum? Is your empathy finite? Everyone is eating shit, just because you ate shit doesnt discredit other people eating shit. As a skinny guy i would often puke up meals cause i couldn’t force down enough food to gain weight, i turned to alcohol and weed pretty often to be hungry enough to eat what i needed to

as a girl who grew up overweight , i dont think anyone really noticed my eye bags too. home was so bad. i kept gaining and gaining. i moved out and did what i thought was the right work, became a healthier weight and focused on creating mew friendships with the same people i went to school with. some personal things came tumbling down all at once and i had to move back home. it was and has been the same as it was growing up, ive now lost over 40 more pounds and am unhealthily skinny and trying to fix it. the world will never understand what stress and trauma comes with and comes from being an overweight child. every single person i talked to from school no longer speaks to me at all. it really is sad how society will treat those solely based on how they look.

its not easy starting skinny either brother you say all you have to do is eat but if you exercise at all it becomes way harder and no, you dont stay the same on days you dont eat, if youre tall and skinny and a fast metabolism youre going to drop quick. Im noy saying its harder but sont discredit it you can hit a checkpoint ok weight and then be short on calories for a few days and youre down a ton

Everyone has their own problems just because yours seem worse or are different doesn't take away from another's persons... Some times it's not that easy to just eat, others you can't stop and that's when eating disorders come in... My brother is a ferry skinny kid with a heard head. He can't just "eat" he eats 2500 calories a day to bulk. He is still 140 pounds at 6'1 he can't put on any weight.
