The minister budget presentation was "theatrical antics," which was best for her public image and not for the benefits of the Guyanese nation. Her numerical data given in her budget presentation raise serious questions and expose her limited knowledge of housing development. Was there any good reason why she switched off public comments while given such negative narratives about the budget with her made-up percentages? Will the minister do a comparative analysis and tell the Guyanese nation how her wealth and asset base has increased since joining the PPPC?

This minister is doing an excellent job

I thoroughly enjoyed this interview especially hearing about the experiences which shaped Nigel. I think he got in to Alex’s head early and I don’t want to be unkind but it sort of showed when he didn’t follow up with a question about representing Dharamlall after Nigel said he didn’t like sexual offences cases. Nevertheless, there were good questions and this could have easily been a 3 hour interview. A word to Mr Hughes if he ever sees this comment- pen something in a memoir fuh we nuh man. P.s - they’re still leaving milk bottles out on the doorsteps and the skinheads have most probably graduated to the fringes of far right political movements.
