I was raised in a fear based home. Criticized at home and at school. Bullied, teased and set aside. I am not good enough, I am not loved, feel invisible and nobody wants me around Yep, I am suffering from emotional childhood wounds. Thanks for the look at layers and letting us know we have emotional intelligence. Hope someday I uncover it. Thank you
Underneath these layers, you have wisdom and greatness. I coach my clients to see the wisdom that was born within these negative emotional situations. `If you do not heal this, you might repeat the same cycle and do the same to others without knowing.

I gave up (on a relationship) and have struggled with grief and loneliness. However, I have an illustrated children’s book and another book manuscript being prepared to go to print in 2023. I wouldn’t have achieved these milestones if I had stayed in the relationship. Since leaving and moving away, I have made some good friends and have really been developing my sense of humour. I could never make him laugh. To him, I was never funny. But I make lots of other people laugh, nowadays. You had a great message in this video.
