People that are not used to Aviation and landing procedure always mention crashing. These are crosswind landings which possibly have changing winds that make it challenging to land but not dangerous. It gets dangerous when going beyond the ability of the aircraft. Maximum crosswind! Windshear is another factor, like a headwind changing into a tailwind. Sorry to say that "hitting the runway" is the point? Better than on the grass! At no time do the engine nacelles touch the runway. Not even close! This could be showing the max crosswind for these aircraft but within tolerance. Please listen to experts or people in the field when commenting on this stuff. You Title is not valid! Watch Hamburg Germany crosswind landings or Boeing tests to see extreme landing operations. Lots of factors involved.
