When you click play button on your campaign is should open on youtube app for the short with the sound and button to use this sound. If it doesnt, clear cached images from browser history for your chrome.

Very important,,, use chrome browser. dont use other browser. If you have to then make sure to set video links to open on youtube app. You must open the short in the campaign using youtube app to get use this sound button. Check if you have updated content on your tiktok/youtube for youtube shorts. Sometimes they send emails and when the campaigns are full depending on sponsors settings, they remove them from portal

Hi. Have you update settings and activated email notifications? Two, have you in past accepted campaign but never participated in it? You can check if you have option to contact sound.me and send them email. But if above is the case, you may need to wait longer. Also remember to increase followers and likes on your videos on tiktok. They check everytime you login if this is increasing as some campaigns are capped to followers and likes on your tiktok profile

Hello... Could be cache issue or app issue. First try and clear sound.me app cache then login again. If error pops up, select where it says contact support and send request quoting your tiktok username or email or mobile number. They will get in touch. Had same issue but sorted after i sent support ticket
