Awesome Bass line to this. And i realize WHY now. The progression starts on the 3rd beat and ends on the 2nd. Powerful and Genius! Because there is a pause just before the 3 beat. So your mind wants to think the 1 beat of the bass is after the pause. But your mind also knows the beat is on 2 and 4. This is the key to this song. Brilliant

...actually it was 6 times in the 80's. doh! God how old am I? Meant I first saw them on the Once Upon A time Tour, but enjoy their earlier material a lot more. Especially the album New Gold Dream 81, 82, 83, 84!

@msshortbread1 glad you think that because although I saw The Minds 6 times in the 90's I've not seen the other three bands you mention. Must admit I liked Once Upon a Time but really it was the material before that that still sounds fresh.
