Forget Black Friday I’m waiting for after Christmas sales.

Nice to see Lowe’s finally advertising their sales a bit better. Showing all the tools included in the kits with picture. Always so hard to shop at Lowe’s when they just list numbers .

Funny on the kobalt last week had two specials one was buy one tool get battery and charger kit free and the new lower price ofr the starter kit for 39 and the kobalt jobsite blower for 39 bucks so i went to the register the specials for buying the jobsite blower and free battery kit didntvshow up just the new price of 39. And i complained to management about they had two specials i i said ill pay 39 and wanted the starter kit for free like the thier dislpay said anout both deals they displayed at thier store. The manager couldnt confirm that i could take advantage of both specials she just conceades Nd said yes we do have those specials displayed so she just charged me 20 bucks for the jobsite blower from 40 bucks and 20 dollars for the charger and battery kit.from 39. So in total i paid 40 buck's. Id say to anyone if they still have bothe deals go to register and say i want both special if they have it you displayed you can talk your way into gettin both discounts. It worked for me.

I really missed the GRIP the rubber gives & didn't even use the newer batteries & stuck with my old ones that do. Thanks man.

I don't even need it, since I already have two Flex 24v Hammer Drills (one is tge Turbo HammerDrill), and an impact driver. But for $99 I might have to snag this. 🤔 I would REALLY like to find a good deal on the Quick-Eject Impact driver.

The Husky modular toolboxes are really nice. They are no frills, with limited accessories, but they are tough and the rolling box rolls smooth. Rigid boxes are nice too and have been around for a few years.

11/5 update- The original glitch was caught. Another glitch following the original would let you save $188, spending over $400. Now, you can't purchase any packout bundles as HD has removed them all, including the packout building system on HD 😮

The Ridgid tool boxes also mount to a wall, or in your van if that’s what you need. They are legit. I picked up that Ridgid bandsaw, won’t be around much longer before it Pennie’s out and they remove it.

The Ridgid 2 pack of 4 ah batteries have been on sale on the website at $79 for the last 4 months.

I was one of the lucky ones…. But it was close. I ordered the 22 inch large tool box, 22 inch 3 drawer, and 22 inch 2 drawer. All for $124+ tax. Got to my local HD in St. Louis county MO. They were all over the place… you could tell they had no clue why all these orders were hitting. Only had 1 of the 3 up front. I was there an hour before my second came out. They kept saying they couldn’t find my third (which seemed like a stall tactic). The guy checked me out already and marked it claimed. So I was literally just waiting with 2 items at this point. I walked back to the pack out section, found the last item, went back up front and showed the same guy my receipt and the items to confirm I had no more and no less than he marked me for. Once I got the okay….I was gone in a poof of smoke 😂

Good review (and comping HP+ -> Edge) and the fact these are evolutionary not revolutionary and may only really show up on high c-rate tools (like a saw). If they keep the price in check and start bundling then I would refresh my old batteries as needed with these. Hopefully the thermals and duty cycle have these batteries lasting longer as we all know e-waste is a real problem. However if they start dumping HP for next to nothing, I will pick them up :)

I cut 3 fingers and lost part of my pinkie to a ryobi hedge trimmer due to faulty equipment be safe
