Get it lil bro. Your coach must have had a lot on his mind that day because he should be giving you some tips here. Forgive him, I'm sure he's got a lot of people to help and he probably just missed it. I'll help you out: Slow down on the way down. You don't want to go so fast because when you get to your bottom point moving that fast you gotta slam the brakes to stop it which, in this case, your knees are acting as the brakes. Just like the brakes of a car wear out over time so will your knees if you bomb down that fast and we can't go buy new knees! Drop yourself down slow and smooth. Speaking of dropping down, watch this video back and look how low you go on your 3rd squat. That's how low you want to go on all of them. You will notice you can use more weight if you don't go as low but you won't be building the right technique or hitting the muscles you need to if you do that. So shoot for the same depth as that third squat on all of them and only increase the weight when you can keep going that low with a higher weight. Good job on keeping your back straight the whole time and pushing your knees out on the way up. That's what you want to do. Keep it up! You'll never regret keeping yourself active and strong.

Nice work bud. Since you're a teenager I would recommend watching a demo video on how to squat because you can improve your form. Watch "How to squat PROPERLY Squat for Growth" video by Jeremy Ethier. I don't want you have back problems when you get older that's why❤
