Dirty 30 marks its 13th anniversary this year since it was made. It was a collaboration between the now defunct SOCONFILMS & Dagdafilm. The script was written by Brian Cuojoe Tolbert and myself over a week. I intended to re-cut the short, but was unable to since I don't have all of the original footage. I was able to fix minor issues such as audio and eliminating unnecessary scenes.
Shot in a bare-bones indie style, Dirty 30 turns the typical 'bromance' buddy 🏳️‍🌈 comedy on its head, telling a story that's at times crude, often funny and ultimately 'real'.
