While congestion and housing viewpoints were pretty spot on, the weather assessment couldn't have been any more incorrect, and not even close.

I lived in Denver for 17 years, and let me say this... this woman has absolutely NO credibility when it comes to this assessment of Denver. The weather in Denver is AMAZING!! You can literally experience all four seasons in the span of one day!! And while Denver may not be as big and bustling as she likes, the public transportation system is damn good! I used one of RTD's various options for 14 of the 17 yrs I was there. Hell, you can take the Lightrail from the airport all the way downtown to Union Station. There are major bus routes that stop running at 4 am. and start back up at 6 am. Yes, there are routes with limited runs, and there are hyphenated schedules for holidays, but they dont shut down public transportation altogether - ever. I dont know how many Christmases, Thanksgiving, and New Year's that RTD has been my transportation savior. BTW, Denver's light rail system is used as a model for metropolitan cities not only in the US but in Europe too when designing their own commuter syestems. FACT CHECK IT!!

Sorry but you must be talking about a different Castle Rock. Because I actually live here and it's wonderful! Yes it's growing fast but many of your comments just aren't true. Traffic on the streets is rarely an issue. Going to restaurants, markets or places like Starbucks is also almost never an issue. The DMV (and all City departments) are amazing! Last renewal I literally walked in and was at the window in 5min without an appointment. The Cops and Fire Department here are extremely professional and actually treat citizens with respect. Sorry I just dont agree with you at all...

living in CR last 7 yrs and it’s a wonderful community. Safe beautiful views decent night life. Quick drive to the city or springs. Its isolation has kept it safe from all the crazy in the world and should continue to do so for the foreseeable future. If your think on moving to CO Castlerock is a booming town

Please, stop saying "medium" when you actually should be saying "median." The mean price is the average price, or the total of all the prices divided by the number of values. The median price is the middle number of the entire set of numbers in the dataset. Or, the number of values divided by 2 and then the value represented in that position. "Medium" has no meaning or place in this statistical discussion.

Label - Bedroom Community, detached from anything within 30 miles. Not sure if public transportation is there. HOA Cookie cutter community. If you have to ask price, then you can't afford Castle Rock.

What I hate is people who hoard shop thrift shops to resell online. After they buy it, of course, it's trash. Don't buy online.

I was looking in SE Aurora/East Centennial area and found so much more value down in Castle Rock. Both are about 30 minutes from downtown Denver so not sure why the prices in SE Aurora were 30% higher.

I visited for a weekend and it is DEFINITELY Dense in Denver

CO has the worst drivers. I live in Littleton and every day there is an accident or people driving through red lights. I agree about the Pinery being a great place, we’ve been looking for old growth trees

I live in Denver. Denver is *way* overbuilding apartment complexes. I mean, like you would not believe. Denver infrastructure is already inadequate. During our frequent drought years, we already have water restrictions. Our traffic is already horrible beyond belief. It is going to get *much* worse. Crime is sky-rocketing. The police budget has just been cut by $8 million so they can afford to keep flooding the city migrants.
