Exe. Give that thing up. I was on 3.5 cartons a month. I used the Vuse to give it up. Yes not ideal to move to vape but let me tell you it graafd overnight. 2.5 years later exe I can run 10km and even more from not being able to walk up one flight of stairs. I feel tops. Yeah I'm still on the vape that thing needs to vy soon but the difference physically and mentally is banging. I even lost 20kgs in that time, started vying gym and chowing laka and all that. Start exe.

You did it before. You can again. Find a hobby that's relaxing for now then when stronger get fit. You need to replace addiction with something that will keep you busy

It's been 2 years and 8 months since I've given up smoking. Prior to that, I had been smoking for almost 36 years. Just got up one morning and said F.......it....cold turkey.
