Uyy
brilliant and soooo useful- thanks!
Sir, this was great insight. I’m currently attending MLC and this clearly helped me have a better understanding of mission command. Many thanks!
One of the most impactful things I learned, or at least heard often, while I was on active duty is that a 70% solution on time is better than a 100% late. I really struggled with that!! I never got comfortable enough to be able to submit 70% solutions, but I know I made progress enough to be ok with closer to 80%. As a young LT I often found myself in analysis paralysis longing for that 100%. Never did attain it though.
Eric! Great analogy to reinforce the take away. The personal anecdote about you leaping the company behind was golden. Keep the stories coming! Hats off to whoever your content editor is. Edits are simple and effective!
I enjoyed the subtle and simple, yet effective video edit w/ the underling of the 3 steps; it helped drive home the point... I didn't even know that you could save a phone number without a contact name! That's interesting lol
Sir the transparency and vulnerability in conveying your personal experience with this is very help. My first internship as a transitioning servicemember was very uncomfortable. All I wanted to do was speak like I had been speaking but I was super uneasy with the idea of not being understood by my civilian peers... I've always unconsciously took pride in being an effective communicator. Transitioning out and corresponding with civilians has really been a blow to my ego and confidence.
Eric! Would love to hear how effective you think this is for junior-mid level officers/ ncos ETSing/ REFRAD/ or MED retiring. I could be very wrong in my current consideration and would appreciate your adjustment! I have it in my mind that this population typically will have less seniority, experience, accolades, potentially positioning them less ideally to employ this approach
Eric! I'm definitely a "do what you love" kinda person. Its seems like leaning into "fractional employment" may reduce the disparity amongst the three choices! What are your thoughts
Eric! I'm embarrassed how indoctrinated with the former I became that the latter seemed "risky" or "inconsiderate". Super refreshing to hear this message being championed!! As someone who has more of an engineering and problem solving mindset, fractional employment has always resonated with me though. I feel like I would be happiest with this approach to civilian employment! Would love to see a past template of yours for this!

Have you observe an emergence of discussions of AI/ML concepts being integrated into mission command or C2 as we embrace an evolving operating environment and threat?
Good point. Listen to your people, then lead. I enjoyed my finance experience during the cold war and desert storm era. Our best finance officers were the ones who listened to their NCO's and considered their advice before making important decisions. 🔶
Decimals definitely does not condone this video everyone got the same Department of Justice manual I want to dump your crew man.
This guy is so far off the mark it’s unreal. It all sounds good but, but his explanation of MC is one born of salami sliced PME without any actual evidence. It’s really really poor.
I love that guy

Awesome Colonel👍🏾 Retired U.S. Marine. Graduate of Ranger Class 6-88. During the pre-Ranger course we had to do 10 dead hang pull-ups and the extra one. But the Marines had to do two extra ones: Pull-up 11 “One for the Ranger in the sky” Pull-up 12 “One for the Marine who put him there. Semper Fi.
I'm sure the soldiers in China, Russian, Iran, etc. are absolutely terrified by the idea of our Colonels doing deep breathing exercises! Let's continue this high tempo training.
Be a woman.
Tell me more about what a hero and leader you are. It was a wonderful story, and you told it so well.
This is what it’s about, helping/motiviating/supporting your ranger buddy and fellow rangers in general. Class 13-86, directly under the A, top row in the class photo. RLTW <1>
100% true. Is that not what the school is all about when you stop to think about it.
Hola Eric Lopez 😄😄
Me fascina tus videos gracias por compartir 😮😮😮c
Además muy guapo 😂😂😂
Eres éxito más éxito❤️❤️
Felicidades gran líder !!!
Sounds like more woke nonsense!
Yes, the Prussians, who invented this in 19th century, was very woke....
Literally the German WWII approach to warfare. Letting the man closest to the fight make the decisions.
