Did you cut the wood to the exact width of the stairwell? Did you have any issues with the edge of the door hitting or being too close to the post?

I ended up going with 29’ legs, which worked better for me. I also didn’t attach the right wing just yet, to keep it more compact, but I have that and the bracket for the future. Thanks for the video, it turned out really good. Picked up the bucket vacuum, which is pretty cool and there’s still plenty of room to store other things.❤ Your video and parts list was the most helpful. The parts list is missing #10 screws and washers for the wheels. I also need a 6” bit for for my 16” brackets, which I had and used 2” Phillips screws for it.

Doesn't look like 'end grain' to me. Nice cutting board, but it looks like face grain!

Thought it was funny when you move the gate to outer edge and not say anything LOL. I was like how are you going to put lock on and then you moved gate without saying anything.
