My cable just came out but didn’t break. You don’t show where it connects in just some zip ties?

Hi. I'm about to install the Artec truss on my Dana 30 and wondering if it's necessary to remove the pinion seal before welding to the differential? Thanks

Bith cable are a huge pain to reach. I’m changing out my lower cable, waiting for the new cable to arrive, but locating the insertion point behind/below the metal seat hinge makes it hard to reach. Getting the seat covers off to access it was also a pain.

I know you posted this a while back.... however I need help, in case you have photos, videos or description from memory of where the other end of the cable attaches below the seat cushion, on the seat hinge. I got the part that attaches to the exposed lever under the seat. The seat is in my garage with a new cable, but cant seem to find where to attach the other end - pls help!

How did you get it out without the tumble feature of the seat. Cause that’s what exposes the bolts in the back no?

Reach under the seat on the front inside there is a lever that you can use to tip it and get to those bolts

Do you have any interference with your upper control arms contacting the truss on bumps?

Did you weld the tubes to the center section? Did you use the coil buckets or center section to level/align your truss with the axle?

Stupied question: My seat pulls forward with lever ..tilts.and moves in the tracks. However for certification it needs to lock into place and currently i can sit in it and move the seat back and forth with ease it does not lock That cable you have shown and yes there is no cable down there in my 2001 jeep wrangler is missing. They want to make me buy a whole new seat (mechanics) . Im confused still by the cable attached to the back lever and why that solves the problem ? any suggestions or other options $45 dollers or 300$ Used seat ) to fix

    • @djadamt

or maybe the seat is suppose to do that. ? the seat is not locked into place, it can lift or move forward if I was to get into a crash?
