Actually this story develops so good that...just 5 seasons ain't enough to make it a fulfilling story...that's why many great character got wasted...it should have been more seasons..like it could have easily gone to some 15-20 seasons with 24 episode in some ...but it's our bad luck 😢

Yep! It does sound very weird considering the age gap. If you think about it though, it was very clear they had a thing for each other even in the early episodes where Jun was like 34 and Akira was like 16 or something. They married at the end of the manga right? So Akira was probably like 20+ and Jun at the end of her 30's and in her early 40's.
